Kalkbrenner (ankle) returns from a one-game absence to reclaim his spot in the Hornets’ starting rotation. As a result, veteran center Mason Plumlee will head back to the bench. Likewise, Ball (ankle) is available after missing the Hornets’ loss on Sunday to the Hawks. Charlotte has lost nine of its last 10 games and will look to end its current six-game losing streak.

Nembhard struggled with his shot on Monday, but volumed his way into double figures as a scorer. He also was the Pacers’ best facilitator on the night and was very disruptive on the defensive end, tallying as many assists against the Pistons as he had combined up until Monday’s game. He’ll likely be better as a scorer moving forward and should remain solid as a passer. Any consistent production on the defensive end would give Nembhard a boost as far as fantasy production is concerned.

Less than a week after being removed from the starting lineup, Walker came off the bench and finished as the Pacers’ second-leading scorer on the evening. He was one of two Indiana players to reach the 20-point mark and led the team in three-pointers in the process. Monday’s scoring total was only his fourth time reaching double figures during November. If he can sustain this type of production moving forward, it won’t matter if he comes off the bench or starts.

The Pacers fell to 2-15 on the season, but Siakam delivered another strong performance. He went over 20 points for the fifth straight game and logged his first multiple-blocks, multiple-steals game of the season, while leading all Pacers in rebounds along the way. Siakam continues to be one of the lone bright spots for Indiana amidst a rough start to their season. He also remains one of the more productive forwards across fantasy leagues. Even with the Pacers’ poor record, there’s no reason for fantasy managers to believe a dropoff in production for Siakam is near.

One month into the season, and Knueppel has a strong case for being the league’s best rookie. He had another excellent night on Sunday, hitting a season-high seven three-pointers and shooting over 50 percent from the field. While Charlotte lost both games of its weekend back-to-back, Knueppel put up 54 points and shot 13-of-20 from three. He’s closing in on top-50 value in eight- and nine-cat formats, outperforming his Yahoo! ADP (142) by a significant distance. Charlotte has three games in Week 6, starting with the Knicks on Wednesday.

With LaMelo Ball (ankle) and Brandon Miller (shoulder) unavailable, Sexton was one of the replacements in the Hornets’ starting lineup. The final stat line was solid, but the veteran guard did not offer much value beyond the points and assists. By now, experienced fantasy managers have a clear understanding of what they’re getting when they roster Sexton. The Hornets’ three-game Week 6 includes a back-to-back, so there may be another opportunity for Sexton to start in the near future. Sion James started in place of Miller, and the rookie finished with seven points, six rebounds, three assists and one three-pointer.

While Bridges did record a complete stat line in Atlanta, it had the potential to be even better. The Hornets forward shot 1-of-8 from beyond the arc. Since going on a run of six straight games with at least two three-pointers, Bridges went 1-of-10 in losses to the Clippers and Hawks. However, he’s still averaging a career-high 2.9 three-pointers per game, which is one reason Bridges has been a third-round player in nine-cat formats. The Hornets play three games during Week 6, starting with the Knicks on Wednesday.

Diabaté took over for Ryan Kalkbrenner, who left with an ankle injury. The 23-year-old power forward started the second half and played a total of 25 minutes. Diabaté had just six points as the Hornets have no shortage of other scorers, but he’s averaging 10.1 points, 8.2 rebounds and 22 minutes this year. Siakam was one of the few bright spots for Indiana in this one as they fell to 1-12 overall to open the season. It’s officially the worst start to a season in franchise history. However, he only played 11 minutes and did not see any action after halftime. Nembhard has surpassed 20 points in two of the three games he’s played since returning from a shoulder injury, with Tuesday’s total being a season-high. Add in the percentages, assists and three-pointers, and this is the kind of performance that Nembhard managers will hope becomes the norm (or close to it). T.J. Siakam’s return from a one-game absence did not keep the Pacers from giving up 152 points on Tuesday, but he did provide fantasy managers with another solid stat line. Thus far, Spicy P is ranked outside the top-100 in eight- and nine-cat formats, providing greater value in the former. His usage has jumped by more than six percentage points from last season, but the Pacers’ lack of proven scorers has negatively impacted Siakam’s value. On a better version of this team, he would be an enticing “buy low” option. However, with Indiana now 1-10, managers who have Siakam rostered may be concerned about a potential late-season tank.
