One day after his signing was made official, Thomas made his Bucks debut. As was the case in Brooklyn, he came off the bench, playing 13 minutes. The production wasn’t there, but the Bucks do have two more games before the All-Star break. There’s no need to roster Thomas in most leagues, but some practice time with his new teammates could prove helpful after the break.

After totaling 52 points and attempting 32 shots in his final two games of January, Turner has recorded 11 shots or fewer in each of his last five. The good news for fantasy managers is that the Bucks center can offer solid value in other categories, most notably blocks. However, Turner’s production has also tailed off in that category since the calendar flipped to February. He’s totaled eight blocks in five games, six fewer than his total in Milwaukee’s final three games of January. Hopefully, Turner finishes the pre-break portion of the schedule with another good night in the blocks category on Wednesday against Orlando.

Having made at least four three-pointers in four straight games, Green has knocked down 20 in Milwaukee’s first five contests of February. Those who are rostering the shooter for his three-point production received a nice bonus in the rebound category on Monday, as that hasn’t been the norm. Only those who need three-pointers should roster Green.

While he shot 1-of-5 from beyond the arc, Porter was highly efficient inside of it on Monday. In addition to shooting 9-of-14 from two, the Bucks’ guard attempted a team-high seven free throws. With Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) out, even more of the offense runs through Porter and Ryan Rollins (14 points, six rebounds, three assists, two steals and two three-pointers). While that raises the fantasy ceiling of both players, they’ll need to clean up the turnovers in Wednesday’s rematch. Porter was responsible for five turnovers while Rollins racked up six.

Making his second appearance as a Bull, Richards once again came off the bench on Monday. And the 2020 second-round pick has taken advantage of his opportunity in Chicago. In two games, Richards has totaled 26 points, 13 rebounds, three steals and three blocks. Guerschon Yabusele (three points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one three-pointer in 22 minutes) once again stepped in for the injured Jalen Smith, but deep league managers should not sleep on Richards, especially after the All-Star break.

Buzelis did not have a good night shooting the basketball, but he did provide excellent value in the blocks category. The second-year forward recorded at least three blocks in three of the five games he’s played in February, a nice haul, considering that Buzelis met or exceeded that number four times in December and January combined. Given the guards that Chicago added to the roster at the trade deadline, and Josh Giddey’s potential return, Buzelis will need to up his production in some of the other categories to boost his fantasy value.

Sexton hasn’t needed much time to figure out where he can get his shots in Chicago. After putting up 14 in his Bulls’ debut on Saturday, he attempted 18 on Monday. Chicago not having Josh Giddey or Tre Jones due to injury has freed up additional opportunities for the healthy guards, and Sexton can certainly get his points under those circumstances. He isn’t going to offer much value outside of points, but he may be worth streaming in deep leagues on Wednesday if Giddey and Jones remain out.

Having scored 15 points in his Bulls’ debut on Saturday, Simons recorded his first 20-point game on Monday. Add in the rebounds and assists, and this was a solid night at the office for the guard. However, Simons was also responsible for five turnovers, which takes away some of the luster from that stat line. As long as the Bulls remain without Josh Giddey (hamstring), Simons will continue to have a high usage. The Bulls visit Boston, where Simons began this season, on Wednesday in their final game before the All-Star break.

Just a few days after being waived by the Nets, Thomas has reportedly found a new home. While a player capable of putting up big scoring numbers, the guard has not shown much ability to make plays for others or defend consistently. He’ll get the opportunity to do that in Milwaukee, hopefully using it as a springboard into free agency in the summer. Thomas’ signing could eventually leave a dent in the playing time for Ryan Rollins, A.J. Green, and Kevin Porter Jr.

Porter Jr.'s second game back from injury was even more impressive than his first. He flirted with a triple-double while leading Milwaukee in scoring along the way. Poor three-point shooting on Friday was about the only blemish, which is a notable one, as he’s now gone 0-of-13 from deep over his last four appearances. Rollins extended his streak of 20-point games to four on Friday, utilizing the three-point shot to land most of his scoring production, while joining Kevin Porter Jr. and Bobby Portis as the only Bucks players to reach the 20-point mark against the Pacers. Rollins has played many different roles and been cast into a variety of starting lineups this season, but has remained productive through it all. The Bucks secured a third straight win on Friday, with Portis’ scoring playing a key role. In his return from a two-game absence, he finished as one of three Bucks players to score at least 20 points, as he used efficient shooting to reach his high point total.
