Missi, who was initially questionable, will miss his second game of the season. However, while the Pelicans went small for their October 24 loss to the Spurs, inserting Saddiq Bey into the lineup, that was with a healthy Zion Williamson. Williamson (hamstring) won’t be available on Tuesday, potentially resulting in a spot start for DeAndre Jordan and Derik Queen.

Williamson’s sore left hamstring has been diagnosed as a Grade 1 strain, and the Pelicans will re-evaluate him in 7-10 days. Given the timeline, he’ll miss at least five games, starting with Tuesday’s matchup with Charlotte. For the most recent game that Williamson missed, an October 27 loss to the Celtics, Jordan Poole served as the fifth starter. Taking on that role would raise his fantasy ceiling, and Jeremiah Fears should have even more opportunities to facilitate offense.

Pritchard was expected to pop this season as a starter, and while he has been able to occupy that role, he hasn’t been as productive as many hoped. Last season, he averaged 3.2 three-pointers per game, but this was the first game this year that he hit more than two shots from deep. Pritchard will continue to play a large role on offense for the Celtics, and hopefully this was a performance that will get him going from beyond the arc.

This was a solid response from Brown after he was held to just 12 points in Boston’s last game, which came after two straight 30-point outings. However, this was the second straight game that he didn’t get a three-pointer to fall, and he missed all nine attempts in this one. Brown will continue to be the primary scoring option for Boston, and he has a favorable matchup in their next game against the Wizards on Wednesday.

Hauser replaced Josh Minott to start the second half of this game, but that didn’t lead to a good performance from either player. Hauser played 28 minutes to Minott’s 15, and it’s worth keeping an eye on to see if this is a move that will carry over into the Celtics’ game against the Wizards on Wednesday, or if this was just a result of Minott being in foul trouble again. Hauser is a good source of three-pointers, but Minott is a superior option in most other categories.

Fears had an up-and-down game on Sunday. He shot the ball well, especially from beyond the arc, and scored in double figures for the third straight game and fifth time in his rookie season. Yet, he committed a career-high five turnovers and struggled with ball security against a tough OKC defense. Even with the rookie growing pains, Fears has had an impressive start to his career and consistently functioned as one of New Orleans’ most reliable players on a nightly basis. He’ll likely continue starting for the Pelicans and should only improve with more experience.

Murphy’s stats didn’t jump off the page on Sunday, but it’s worth noting that he was able to tally back-to-back games of at least 17 points and five three-pointers. While the overall offensive production likely hasn’t met expectations from a fantasy basketball standpoint, it appears that Murphy has found his touch from beyond the arc after some early-season struggles. The fifth-year forward has also done solid work on the glass and appears to have made some strides as a passer through six games.

Williamson had a balanced performance on the offensive end despite a blowout loss limiting him to just 28 minutes of action. While on the floor, he shot efficiently and led the Pelicans in rebounds and assists. Poor free-throw shooting and four turnovers ultimately hurt his fantasy production, but he still finished as one of New Orleans’ most impactful players on the day. His production will remain important moving forward as the Pelicans look to collect their first win of the season when facing the Hornets on Tuesday.

Minott continues to provide a spark in his Celtics debut as he’s found a way to contribute across the board for fantasy purposes. He’s been a bit streaky as a shooter, but he’s done a nice job chipping in from a defense and rebounding standpoint thanks to his athleticism and motor. He’s worthy of a speculative roster spot in deeper fantasy leagues as he’ll remain a key component of the new-look Celtics’ rotation moving forward. Boston begins a four-game week with favorable home matchups against the rebuilding Jazz and Wizards before heading to Orlando for back-to-back road contests.

Both players scored 15 points in the Celtics’ one-point win over the 76ers on Friday night. Pritchard and White are both probable with various injuries on the second night of a back-to-back against the Rockets. It’s likely both of them suit up given their probable injury designations. Williamson did not record any defensive stats on Friday, but the rebounding and offensive production were good. The two issues for fantasy managers have been free-throw percentage and turnovers, but Zion made 11 of his 13 free throws against the Clippers. For managers not too concerned about free-throw percentage, turnovers or three-pointers, Zion is providing top-25 value when punting those categories.

Coming off the bench for the second straight game, Poole was far better on Friday than in Wednesday’s blowout loss to the Nuggets. The 30 points were a season-high for the Pelicans guard, who still provides top-100 value in eight- and nine-cat formats. Jeremiah Fears (13/4/8/4 with two three-pointers) didn’t shoot the ball well as the starting point guard, but he did not commit a turnover in his 29 minutes. With Fears being a lottery pick, it makes sense for the Pelicans to prioritize his development. Murphy recorded solid points, rebounds, assists and steals numbers on Friday, a step in the right direction after he totaled 14 points on 4-of-19 shooting in the two games prior. More important may be that Murphy shot 5-of-10 from three after going 5-of-23 in his first four games.
