Jackson is listed as doubtful with a right ankle sprain. The 26-year-old power forward isn’t expected to play, leaving the Grizzlies potentially without one of their best players. Jackson was in the midst of a down stretch anyway as his season averages to start the year are down from last year across the board. Santi Aldama could move into the starting lineup if Jackson is out on Thursday.

This isn’t a guarantee that Brunson will play, but after being listed as questionable, this is a positive sign. Brunson has missed the Knicks’ last two games, which has allowed Miles McBride to fill in as a starter. If Brunson is back, McBride will return to play his typical role off the bench.

Tuesday’s game was the first for Memphis since losing Ja Morant to a strained calf, and Williams was head coach Tuomas Iisalo’s pick to move into the starting lineup. Result aside, this was a good night for the former second-round pick, who finished two rebounds and one assist shy of a triple-double. Williams only committed one turnover in his 30 minutes, which is especially concerning. On the heels of this performance, he’s worth picking up in deep leagues.

With Ja Morant (calf) out for at least two weeks, Spencer is one of the Grizzlies who will be asked to pick up the slack. The second-year guard had a good night in San Antonio, shooting 60 percent from the field and dishing out three assists. Spencer’s 24 minutes were the second-most among the Grizzlies’ reserves, which bodes well for his deep-league streaming potential. While he isn’t a must-add, keep an eye on Spencer.

Jackson had a decent night scoring-wise, but the lack of defensive stats is concerning for a player who has been a mediocre rebounder. Counting Tuesday, he’s averaging 1.3 blocks per game, and this would be the third straight season in which JJJ has averaged fewer than two if that were to hold. Not only has his value in redraft leagues been disappointing so far, but dynasty managers can’t be thrilled with Jackson, either.

Coward struggled in the first half, scoring just three points. The rookie was far better after halftime, finishing with his third double-double. Coward has hit double figures in scoring in six straight games, and he’s still providing top-100 value in nine-cat formats. He did not do much outside of points, rebounds and three-pointers on Tuesday, but the ability to change that is there with Ja Morant out for at least two weeks.

As expected, Williams will start in place of Ja Morant, who is set to miss at least two weeks with a calf strain. Hart finished one assist shy of a double-double, and that’s a category where he can provide added value while the Knicks await Jalen Brunson’s return from a sprained ankle. Hart’s averages have decreased due to his being moved to the bench, with the forward ranked outside the top-150 in nine-cat formats. However, Hart has been a top-100 player over the past two weeks. That’s why he is still rostered in 76 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

Despite joining his teammates in Miami late for personal reasons, McBride had one of his best games of the season on Monday. After totaling 27 points on 35.7 percent shooting in his previous four appearances, Deuce recorded his first 20-point game of the season. With Jalen Brunson (ankle) out, it would have been nice to get some assist production from McBride, but the points, rebounds, and three-pointers were good. With OG Anunoby also out, McBride should remain a starter until those two return.

Bridges continues to provide elite category-league value, recording another complete stat line on Monday. With Jalen Brunson and OG Anunoby out due to injury, the Knicks will need even more production from Bridges in the short term. Towns extended his double-double streak to nine games on Monday, but this was not his best performance by a long shot. The Knicks forward/center was 1-of-7 from beyond the arc and never seemed to establish a rhythm offensively. McBride has rejoined the Knicks after not traveling to Miami with the team for personal reasons, and he’ll continue to start in place of the injured Jalen Brunson. Also in the starting lineup is Shamet, who steps into the spot left vacant by the injured OG Anunoby. Unlike Brunson, who’s considered day-to-day, OG will be out for at least two weeks. Jackson led the Grizzlies in scoring, but it was a tough night for him. He had his worst shooting percentage of the season, but he was able to get to the free throw line often and have success from there. It has been an excellent rookie year for him thus far, but his first start was underwhelming. While Towns did post his tenth double-double of the season, this was an underwhelming performance from the 7-footer. He shot 40 percent from the field and was whistled for five fouls on the night. While nights like this have not been the norm for Towns this season, his scoring average (20.2) has decreased by more than four points per game from last season’s (24.4). Bridges continues to exceed the expectations of many fantasy managers, turning in another excellent all-around performance on Tuesday. He recorded his first 20-point game since Halloween and fourth of the season, but Bridges’ value isn’t measured solely by points.
