With Cole Anthony (toe) sidelined, Joseph will slide into the starting lineup after playing 10 minutes on Sunday. Joseph hasn’t been a consistent part of Orlando’s rotation this season, but he will get a big opportunity on Tuesday. Anthony Black will likely fill out the backup point guard minutes.

Anthony was a late addition to the injury report, and he has now officially been ruled out. Anthony Black will likely slide into the starting lineup, with Cory Joseph filling out the backup point guard minutes.

Anthony has been filling in as the Magic’s starting point guard with Jalen Suggs out. Now he’s popped up as questionable just hours before game-time Tuesday, giving him a legitimate chance to miss the game against the Rockets. Anthony Black would likely move into the starting lineup and be worth streaming if Cole Anthony is out.

Suggs is set to miss the rest of the season after having arthroscopic surgery to remove a cartilage fragment in his left knee. The procedure also involved a Mosiacplasty to repair the Trochlear joint surface. While he’s going to miss the rest of the year, he’s expected to make a full recovery. Cole Anthony will continue to start at point guard for Orlando and should be rostered in all leagues.

Mobley hasn’t missed a game since January 24, but he’ll sit out the first leg of Cleveland’s Tuesday-Wednesday back-to-back set. In his absence, Dean Wade and De’Andre Hunter should see more run.

Mitchell is not on the injury report after sitting out Sunday’s win over the Trail Blazers for rest reasons. His return means De’Andre Hunter will head to the bench, where his fantasy value takes a hit. That said, Hunter should still be rostered in some 12-team leagues.

Wagner had an opportunity to send Sunday’s game into overtime but failed to convert a layup in the final seconds. This was a rough ending for the Magic forward, who finished with another respectable stat line. Since the All-Star break, Wagner has provided sixth-round value in eight-cat formats. While that doesn’t align with his hot start to the season, he remains a top-30 player in eight- and nine-cat formats overall. Wagner will look to redeem himself when the Magic host Toronto again on Tuesday.

Banchero only attempted nine shots on Sunday, but that’s because he made a living at the foul line. He’s attempted at least eight free throws in every game the Magic have played since the All-Star break, hitting double digits on three occasions. With Jalen Suggs (knee surgery) out indefinitely, the Magic will need more production from Banchero and Franz Wagner offensively as they look to avoid a freefall down the East standings.

Allen provided a modest point total on Sunday, but the Cavaliers center finished with his 33rd double-double. Allen’s fantasy value has taken a hit since the All-Star break, as he has only been an 11th-round player in eight-cat formats. However, while Evan Mobley continues to emerge as an elite option on both ends of the floor, Allen’s fantasy value has not fallen off a cliff. A sixth-round player for the season, he can crack the top-50 before the season concludes.

Starting in place of Donovan Mitchell (rest), Hunter did not provide much value during the first half of Sunday’s game, going scoreless with one shot attempt. That changed after the halftime break, as Hunter ripped off 28 points in the second half and overtime to help Cleveland extend its win streak to 10 games. Rostered in 39 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Hunter provides late-round value in 12-team formats, but that’s his ceiling due to the limited production outside of points, rebounds and three-pointers. And with Mitchell likely back for Tuesday’s game in Chicago, Hunter should be headed back to the bench.

With Donovan Mitchell (rest) out, Jerome stepped up for the Cavaliers despite coming off the bench. He’s scored 19 points or more in three of his last four outings and is ranked just outside the top 50 in eight-cat formats since the All-Star break. Rostered in 21 percent of Yahoo! leagues, Jerome hasn’t reached Payton Pritchard territory regarding fantasy value. However, he’s headed in the right direction.

Mobley has scored at least 17 points in six straight and nine of his last 10 games. He has also been Cleveland’s most valuable fantasy option since the All-Star break, providing second-round value in eight-cat formats. Thanks partly to Mobley’s efforts, the Cavaliers became the first team to reach 50 wins this season. Cleveland plays four games during Week 18, starting with the Bulls on Tuesday.

Suggs hasn’t played since late January and it appears likely he’ll miss the rest of the season. The 23-year-old will undergo arthroscopic surgery to remove a cartilage fragment in his left knee. The Magic guard is expected to make a full recovery. Cole Anthony has stepped in as Orlando’s starting lead guard in Suggs’ absence and remains a solid fantasy option going forward.

Mitchell will get a rest night after scoring 41 points in Cleveland’s comeback win over the Celtics on Friday. He earned a night off, which should allow him to be available for their back-to-back on Tuesday and Wednesday to start next week. Isaac Okoro and De’Andre Hunter should both play extra minutes with Mitchell sidelined, with one of them likely moving into the starting lineup.

Mobley has recorded a double-double in five of his last seven games, providing top-20 value in eight-cat formats. During this run, he has averaged 19.7 points, 11.3 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 0.9 steals, 2.3 blocks and 1.0 three-pointers per game. First-year head coach Kenny Atkinson has unlocked Mobley, and the results have been fantastic. He earned his first All-Star Game appearance, and given the names of some players ineligible for postseason honors, Mobley making an All-NBA team wouldn’t be far-fetched.

With Boston scoring 17 of the game’s first 19 points, Cleveland appeared to be in danger of getting run out of the TD Garden. Not only did the Cavaliers avoid getting blown out, but they won the game for one of their most impressive results of the season. And Mitchell was front and center, dropping in a season-high 41 points. He did so efficiently, shooting 50 percent from the field and only recording two turnovers. Mitchell and the Cavaliers return home for their final game of Week 17, Sunday afternoon against Portland.

Back in the lineup after missing two games with a left hip contusion, Garland had a solid night as a scorer and distributor. However, if he has had an issue recently, it has been the field-goal percentage. Over the past three weeks, he’s shot just 39.5 percent from the field, nearly ten points lower than his mark for the season (49.1). Garland is still providing top 40 value in eight- and nine-cat formats; fantasy managers don’t have much to worry about as the fantasy trade deadline approaches.

Suggs has dealt with back, quad and knee issues that have kept him out for all but one game since January 3. While he’s considered out indefinitely, it’s difficult to imagine he returns to action before the end of the season. Suggs can be dropped in fantasy leagues while Cole Anthony and Anthony Black handle the point guard minutes for Orlando.

Carter Jr. continues to start at center for the Magic, but it hasn’t resulted in a massive leap in production. He has been solid on the glass, grabbing double digit rebounds in three of his last five starts. Carter Jr. remains the best fantasy center in Orlando, but neither he nor Goga Bitadze has provided standard league in recent weeks. Carter Jr. ranks just inside the top-150 in nine-cat leagues over the past two weeks.

Per usual, Wagner and Paolo Banchero were the main sources of offense for Orlando. They combined to score 68 of Orlando’s 115 points, which wasn’t enough to counter Stephen Curry’s 56 points. Wagner has had a spectacular season, though he has been quieter in recent weeks. That can likely be attributed to sharing the ball and court with Banchero. Wagner ranks just outside the top-75 in nine-cat leagues over the last two weeks, a far drop from his season-long value of just outside the top-25.

Golden State didn’t have an answer for Banchero early on in this game, which allowed him to score 24 points in the first half alone. Banchero wasn’t quite able to match his first half scoring total after the break, but he was able to get over 40 points for the second time this season and the first time since October. Banchero also shot a high percentage from the floor, which was great to see after he went eight straight games making less than 50 percent of his shot attempts. He’ll look to keep this going into Orlando’s final game of the week, which is a home matchup with Toronto on Sunday.
