Bitadze figures to attract the most interest. As Siegel notes, he “is an intriguing center who could fetch multiple second-round picks in a trade and free up salary for [the Magic for] the 2026-27 season in the process.” A package of Bitadze and Jones could be of interest to a team like the Knicks, who are in the market for a true center and a backup point guard, both of whom would need to be strong defenders.

Since grabbing 12 rebounds in a December 30 loss to the 76ers, Jackson has recorded six rebounds or more in three of his last nine appearances. That includes Wednesday’s six-rebound performance, one that was plagued by foul trouble. And the fouls weren’t limited to the defensive end of the floor, as there were a couple called due to illegal screens. Jackson has been a top-50 player over the past two weeks, and having Ja Morant on the floor should help, but the rebounding and fouls need to be cleaned up.

After six consecutive games of ten points or less, Wells snapped out of his slump on Wednesday. During that six-game run, the second-year guard shot 25.5 percent from the field, which obviously isn’t going to get it done for the Grizzlies or for fantasy managers. And Wednesday’s 18-point night occurred on a night when the guard shot 6-of-16 from the field. Wells is rostered in nine percent of Yahoo! leagues and with good reason, as the production has been inconsistent to put it kindly.

Playing stateside for the first time since January 2, Morant finished Wednesday’s defeat with his third double-double in as many appearances and eighth of the season. The Grizzlies’ point guard had a chance to win the game in the final seconds, but his three-point attempt missed the mark. Morant did commit five turnovers, but that was the lone negative. Overall, he’s been very good in his first two games back from injury, a positive development for those who have Morant rostered.

The Grizzlies are without Santi Aldama for Wednesday’s game, as he has been sidelined by a knee injury. However, instead of starting a center (Jock Landale) alongside Jackson, the Grizzlies are going with Konchar. He can provide rebounding production, but should not be considered a must-stream player. And Memphis will need JJJ to step up as a rebounder, something that has rarely happened this season.

Blak has been surging lately, and Sunday’s final tally - albeit in a loss - was another strong performance. The young guard didn’t offer another highlight-reel dunk over four defenders, but he led his team in the scoring department and posted solid peripheral numbers. Banchero went 9-of-16 for 26 points in Thursday’s win, but he couldn’t match that efficiency on Sunday. Fortunately for fantasy managers, Banchero was solid as a rebounder and facilitator, which he has been throughout the 2025-26 campaign. Landale shifted to the bench in favor of Santi Aldama, but the latter delivered a pitiful 9/5/3 line with no defensive contributions. Morant returned from a six-game injury and looked no worse for wear as he went off for 20 points, 10 dimes and four boards in the first half. The Grizzlies will travel home from their European road trip, and won’t play again until Wednesday. Since scoring a career-high 37 points in a December 23 win over the Jazz, Aldama had not recorded more than 15 points in any game. Days like Thursday are a reminder of what Jackson can offer to fantasy managers, even with his lackluster rebounding production. After missing 16 games with a high ankle sprain, Wagner was back on the court Thursday afternoon in his hometown of Berlin. While the stat line did not include any steals or blocks, the rebounds and three-pointers were solid. Also encouraging for fantasy managers was his playing 27 minutes in his first game back. While Franz Wagner was back in the lineup after a 16-game absence, his return did not negatively affect Black’s opportunities. The third-year guard was excellent during the second half, helping Orlando bounce back from a slow start. Black shot 4-of-6 from the field in the third quarter, and in the fourth, provided one of the dunks of the season. Coward, who has been battling a lingering ankle issue recently, took on an expanded role from a scoring standpoint in this one with Memphis still playing without mercurial guard Ja Morant due to an ongoing calf injury. The 22-year-old hoisted a team-leading 15 shots and knocked down 5-of-10 from three-point range to fuel his fifth 20-point effort on the season. He drained a pair of clutch treys in the final two minutes of regulation to put the Grizzlies ahead for good.
