After a few rough performances, Booker was able to get back on track in this game. He opened the year by scoring at least 30 points in five of his first six games but entered this game having scored fewer than 30 points i four straight. Booker led Phoenix in scoring in a dominant win over the Pacers, which pushed their win streak to five games. He’ll look to wrap up the week with another strong night against the Hawks on Sunday.

Brooks did most of his work in the first half, and he entered the break with 24 points, which was a career-best for any half for him. That led to a new season-high for scoring, even if it felt like it was going to be a bigger night. The lopsided score limited him to 28 minutes, so perhaps it could’ve been a bigger night if the game was closer. This was a strong game, but don’t expect this to be the norm for Brooks moving forward.

Grayson Allen (quad) didn’t return for the second half of this game, which allowed Gillespie to start the third quarter in his place. Nick Richards got the starting nod in place of Mark Williams, who sat out the second leg of the back-to-back. However, Ighodaro was way more productive off the bench than Richards was as a starter. The Clippers are 3-8 and just lost Bradley Beal for the season, so it makes sense that they might start to look to get younger players more minutes. Jordan Miller played 26 minutes in his first game of the season, so he seems set to take on the biggest role. Cam Christie is averaging just 11 minutes per game, Kobe Sanders is averaging 3.7 minutes, and Kobe Brown is averaging 2.1 minutes, so seeing “more playing time” might still not be enough to move the needle for fantasy leagues.

Zubac played 32 minutes and came up one rebound shy of a double-double. He shot efficiently from the floor but failed to get to the free-throw line for the second time this season, which prevented a higher scoring total. He continues to log heavy minutes and could remain one of the Clippers’ primary scoring options, especially if Kawhi Leonard (ankle) remains on the sideline.

In his first appearance of the season, Miller had a fantastic performance off the bench. He finished with a team-high in three-pointers and utilized that efficiency from beyond the arc to conclude as one of two Clippers players to score 20 or more points. Notably, Miller played more minutes than Cam Christie and Kobe Brown on Wednesday, who are two players who had been in the rotation recently. Miller’s successful outing on Wednesday might lead to more minutes for him in the immediate future.

Harden couldn’t quite find the shooting touch on Wednesday, but high volume and production from the free-throw line led him to finish as the Clippers’ leading scorer on the evening. However, he logged one of his least impactful games this season as a facilitator and tied a season-low in made three-pointers. The good news for fantasy managers, however, is that Harden will continue to be the central piece of the Clippers’ offense, especially with Kawhi Leonard (foot) out of the lineup. Brooks was one of the Suns’ most effective scorers on Wednesday. He shot well from three-point range on his way to finishing the game as one of six Phoenix players to score in double figures. Beal was in and out of the lineup with a knee injury and his overall effectiveness seemed to be in decline so far with the Clippers this season. The 32-year-old shooting guard missed Monday’s game against the Hawks with a hip injury and while there was concern he could miss more time, season-ending surgery is a bit of a surprise. After a successful Suns debut in Thursday’s win over the Clippers, Green aggravated his strained right hamstring in the rematch two nights later. His absence opens up a spot in the starting lineup for Royce O’Neale, a solid deep-league option for managers needing three-pointers and steals. With Bradley Beal (hip) back on the sideline, Collins made his first start since joining the Clippers this offseason. While he was in the role many fantasy managers expected him to fulfill, the former Hawks forward struggled against the team that selected him in the 2017 draft. The bench role has limited Collins’ fantasy value, as he’s ranked outside the top-150 in nine-cat formats. He’s still rostered in 84 percent of Yahoo! leagues, with Beal’s injury putting some fantasy managers in a holding pattern. Zubac recorded his fifth double-double in 10 games on Monday, continuing to provide solid fantasy value at the center position. Something to watch moving forward is Big Zu’s playing time, as he’s logged at least 30 minutes on five occasions. During the preseason, Clippers head coach Tyronn Lue said he wanted Zubac to play fewer minutes after he averaged 32 per game in 2024-25. However, offseason signing Brook Lopez (nine points, two assists, one block and two three-pointers) has not done enough to give the Clippers the two-headed monster they desired at the center position. While Harden’s three-point attempt with about 15 seconds remaining and the Clippers trailing by three drew some criticism, his play in the fourth was the only reason why the win was still for the taking. “The Beard” did more heavy lifting on a night when the Clippers were without Kawhi Leonard and Bradley Beal, recording his seventh triple-double in a Clipper uniform. Fantasy managers may have looked at Monday’s matchup and hoped for a massive night from Booker, but the Suns didn’t have to ask too much of their star. The 27 minutes are the fewest Booker has played in a game this season. He shot over 50 percent from the field, but the overall stat line was meager compared to what Booker usually provides. Wednesday’s game against the Mavericks may prove to be a bigger challenge for the Suns, possibly leading to more production from Booker.

Much to the chagrin of the Pelicans, Allen put on a shooting clinic in Monday’s 121-98 victory. He shot 10-of-15 from beyond the arc, breaking the Suns franchise record for three-pointers in a game. Also, the 42 points were a career-high for Allen, who had just one 20-point game to his credit this season before Monday’s explosion.
