Williams was ruled out for Thursday’s game against the Bulls due to a sore left foot, and the Suns have provided more clarity on his situation. He’s dealing with a stress reaction in his left third metatarsal and will be out for at least two to three weeks. There’s a chance Williams returns in time for the playoff weeks in Yahoo! default leagues, so managers should stash him in an IL spot. Oso Ighodaro has served as the backup center on most nights and should move into the starting lineup.

Williams is dealing with left foot soreness, ruling him out for Thursday’s game. Oso Ighodaro has served as the backup center for most of this season, and a move into the starting lineup would make him a worthwhile streamer. Allen shot 4-of-12 from beyond the arc against the Kings, and he clearly knows where his bread is buttered. In seven games since February 1, the Suns guard has attempted at least nine three-pointers in each appearance while scoring at least 18 points in six of them. Even with Devin Booker returning from a hip strain, Allen’s scoring opportunities will remain plentiful, as the Suns are still without Dillon Brooks (hand).

While Green did rack up seven turnovers on Tuesday, the overall stat line was solid. And it was good to see him record another 20-point game, something that had occurred just once in the seven games Green played before Tuesday. During that run, he averaged 13.9 points on 33.1 percent shooting from the field and 20.8 percent from three. Against the Kings, Green was only 2-of-8 from three, but he shot 5-of-8 inside the arc. And having Devin Booker back in the fold should help with Green’s shot quality moving forward.

Gillespie has been one of the league’s most improved players, with his production a reason the Suns are in the thick of the playoff chase despite not having Devin Booker, Dillon Brooks, or Jalen Green for extended periods at various points this season. Gillespie was responsible for Phoenix’s first six points on Tuesday, knocking down two of his five three-pointers. Shooting 60 percent from the field, he also offered excellent value in the rebound and assist categories.

Back in the Suns’ lineup after a four-game absence, Booker was under a minutes limit on Tuesday. Averaging 33.3 minutes per game on the season, he logged 31 against the Kings. While Booker didn’t shoot the ball well from inside the arc, making only two of his 10 attempts, his rebounds, assists, and three-pointers were solid. He also made some history, joining Stephen Curry and Damian Lillard as the only players in league history to accumulate at least 17,000 points and 1,500 three-pointers in 720 games or fewer. Ryan Dunn, who was bumped from the starting lineup to make room for Booker, played 17 minutes, finishing with two points and one rebound. Phoenix’s final three games of Week 19 include a back-to-back, so Booker could be limited to two appearances.

Dončić was whistled for his 14th technical foul in this game, which puts him just two away from facing a one-game suspension. He had been doing a good job of keeping the turnovers in check since the All-Star break, but that went out the window in this one. After turning it over a total of 12 times over his last six games, he had his most turnovers in a game since January. He’ll look to get back on track in that area in Denver on Thursday to help the Lakers push this winning streak to four games.

Smart has been solid all season, but this may have been one of his best performances. He made big contributions on both ends to help the Lakers finish the game on a 24-8 run. He now has nine steals over his last two games, and he set a new season high for blocks in this game. Of course, he also has nine triples over his last four games, making him an excellent fit as a three-and-D guard in this starting unit. Smart likely won’t continue racking up the defensive stats at this rate, but he’ll remain an excellent option for the Lakers.

He was able to get some offense going in the second half, but it was still a rough outing for him. He missed all six of his shots in the first half and entered the break with just two points. However, he was able to make up for it by making an impact in other ways. This was his sixth straight game with fewer than 20 points, which is quite different from how he started the season. His efficiency and volume have both dropped, but he has still been effective.

In his first eight games as a Laker, Kennard averaged 0.9 three-pointers while making seven of his 17 attempts. Given how much was made about his comments last week when asked about his role, Ayton appears to be skating on thin ice with Lakers fans and fantasy managers. Sunday’s stat line wasn’t elite, but the 7-footer did not miss a shot from the field against the Kings. What truly stood out, however, was the playing time. Ayton played 18 minutes, while backups Jaxson Hayes (four points, five rebounds, one assist and one block) and Maxi Kleber (six points, six rebounds and one block) played 13 and 14 minutes, respectively. Initially questionable for Sunday’s game due to arthritis in his left foot, things worked out perfectly for James and the Lakers. He looked fine while on the floor, even hitting three straight three-pointers during a stretch that began late in the third quarter. Dončić only needed to play 29 minutes on Sunday, as the Lakers outscored Sacramento by a 36-18 margin in the first quarter and never looked back. While Allen’s percentage wasn’t the best, he did what he had to offensively for a Suns team that is without its top two scorers.
