Booker struggled with his shot on Wednesday, shooting 4-of-13 from inside the arc. The good news for fantasy managers is that he provided solid value in the rebound and assist categories. Over the past two weeks, Booker has shot 38.8 percent from the field, which is why he has not been a top-100 player during this period. The season-long value remains solid, but many hoped to receive first-round value from Booker, and it hasn’t happened just yet.

Back in the starting lineup after missing Monday’s win over the Rockets, Williams had his best game since joining the Suns this offseason. The 17 rebounds were a season-high for the 7-footer, who recorded his third 20-point double-double of the season. Due to his injury history, Williams’ availability remains a concern. However, the Suns have seemingly pushed all the right buttons so far, and fantasy managers have reaped the rewards.

Having provided solid fantasy value while coming off the bench, Gillespie was inserted into the Suns’ starting lineup on Wednesday. He had another excellent night, finishing with a season-high point total. Also, the nine assists were the most in a game for Gillespie since October 27, when he dished out a career-high 13. Jordan Goodwin (7/8/2/2/1 with one three-pointer) was solid off the bench, but his fantasy value takes a hit with Gillespie replacing him in the starting lineup.

Randle suffered his worst scoring performance of the season on Wednesday. He contributed just a pair of made baskets and only took 13 shots for the third game in a row. The veteran forward also failed to capitalize on his opportunities at the charity stripe before narrowly escaping a single-digit scoring total. Still, Randle was solid as a passer and rebounder, and also logged a few steals on the defensive end to help his overall fantasy production on the evening. He’ll have a chance to get back in rhythm as a scorer on Saturday against the Celtics.

Shannon Jr. poured in his best performance of the season on Wednesday. He needed only 17 minutes of game action to post a season-high in points and nearly reach the 20-point mark. He made all seven of his shot attempts and all three of his three-pointers along the way, but didn’t contribute much in other areas of the game. Still, Shannon Jr. had a nice outing, one that could potentially lead to more opportunities against the Celtics on Saturday.

Edwards followed up a 43-point outing against the Kings with a stellar 30-point performance on Wednesday. He was dialed in from beyond the arc, tallying more threes than any other player who took the floor. Even with poor free-throw shooting, he led the Wolves in scoring and was one of only two Minnesota players to score more than 11 points. Edwards will have an opportunity to extend his streak of 30-point games to four when the Wolves face the Celtics on Saturday.

After Jordan Goodwin moved into the starting lineup for the last two games with Ryan Dunn unavailable, Suns head coach Jordan Ott has made a change. Gillespie, who has been an excellent fantasy asset recently, replaces Goodwin in the starting lineup. The change does raise the point guard’s ceiling, while Goodwin should still get good minutes off the bench. The other change is Williams, who’s back after sitting out Monday’s loss to the Rockets. Nick Richards will rejoin the second unit.

Wednesday’s game against the Kings will be the sixth that Allen has missed with a right quad contusion. During his pregame availability, Suns head coach Jordan Ott said this was not your standard quad contusion, but the team hopes to have Allen back by this weekend. Edwards dropped 40-plus for the second straight game — his third 40-spot of the year — but it still wasn’t enough to prevent Minnesota from suffering a second straight late-game collapse. The 24-year-old superstar had a look at a go-ahead running jumper in the closing seconds after the Wolves blew a 10-point lead over the final three minutes, but it rimmed out. He launched a season-high 29 shots and was surprisingly efficient from deep, drilling five of 11 threes. He’s been a strong second-round fantasy performer so far, averaging 27.8 points through 13 games. Minnesota will try to steady the ship on Wednesday night against a red-hot Thunder squad.

Phoenix struggled to get anything going offensively in this one, committing a whopping 20 turnovers and shooting just 41.3 percent from the floor to finish with a season-low 92 points against a Rockets squad playing without Kevin Durant. Brooks was one of the few bright spots as he knocked down 11 of 22 shots, despite going 2-of-8 from three-point range and fell just shy of breaking the 30-point barrier for the third time this season. He’s performed at a fifth-round level this season from a fantasy standpoint, averaging 22 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.8 assists and two steals in 12 games. The Suns are back in action on Wednesday night when they face the Kings.

Booker has been mired in a bit of a mini-slump of late, failing to break 25 points in each of his last four contests, performing at just a 14th-round value for fantasy purposes during that span. The Suns were an unmitigated disaster in this one committing 20 turnovers and scoring a season-low 92 points in an ugly loss at the hands of the Kevin Durant-less Rockets. It’s too small of a sample size to be overly concerned, but he’s shooting just 33 percent from three-point range while averaging less than six attempts per-game from downtown, which represents his lowest rate in a half-decade.

Williams recorded his fifth double-double of the season on Sunday, and he’s proven more valuable than some fantasy managers expected him to be during the preseason. The 7-footer is providing top-50 value in eight-cat formats, exceeding his Yahoo! ADP (83) by a comfortable distance. With Jalen Green, Grayson Allen and Ryan Dunn all out due to injury, Goodwin was tabbed to make his first start of the season on Sunday. Collin Gillespie, whose opportunities have also increased due to the injuries, added 15 points, three rebounds, six assists, one steal and three three-pointers in 29 minutes off the bench. While the Suns deserve credit for not giving up, Minnesota blew an eight-point lead in the final 50 seconds of Friday’s game. After shooting 4-of-9 from the field in the first quarter, Edwards’ production dropped off significantly.
