Gillespie had a tough night shooting the basketball, as he was 0-of-6 from beyond the arc. The good news is that he still offered solid value in the rebound, assist and steal categories, so all wasn’t lost for those who still have him rostered. Jalen Green is closing in on a return from his second strained hamstring of the season, so Week 13 may be a good time to consider some alternatives for Gillespie.

Booker and the Suns had little trouble taking care of the Wizards, so he only played 26 minutes. Fantasy managers will be pleased with the assists, but the game being a blowout lowered Booker’s ceiling as a scorer. That shouldn’t be an issue during Phoenix’s three Week 13 games, which are all on the road: Miami, Detroit and New York.

The Suns were in control throughout Sunday’s game, with O’Neale’s season-high points tally leading the way. He’s made at least four three-pointers in four consecutive games, which is precisely what deep-league managers hope for when rostering him. The Suns begin a three-game Week 13 on Tuesday in Miami, the first of a six-game road trip.

This one served as a microcosm of the Gilgeous-Alexander experience as he shook off an ice-cold first quarter to put together a 16-point third quarter where he drilled 5-of-8 shots, including a pair of three-pointers, and got to the line five times during that span. The reigning NBA MVP, who was back in the lineup following a one-game absence earlier this week due to a minor ankle issue, is averaging 31.9 points, 4.4 rebounds, 6.4 assists, 1.4 steals and 0.7 blocks through 38 games, delivering top five overall fantasy value. The Thunder will face the Spurs and Rockets before a rematch against the Heat to close a three-game week.

It’s taken a little while for Williams to get going since making his season debut back in late November, but he’s scored at least 18 points in three of his last five games, while also averaging nearly seven helper per-game during that span. One reason to consider streaming O’Neale while the Suns are without Jalen Green is the three-point production, and he came through on Friday. The veteran forward hit four of his six attempts against the Knicks while also offering solid value in the rebound category. The lingering questions are: how much longer will Green, who began his ramp-up process, be sidelined by his hamstring injury? And, will the Suns continue to bring Grayson Allen (10/3/1/1 in 26 minutes) off the bench? The answers will have a direct impact on O’Neale’s fantasy value.

Brooks didn’t record any defensive statistics on Friday, but he had another good night on the offensive end of the floor. He’s scored at least 20 points in 18 games this season, six more than his tally with the Rockets in 2024-25. Brooks’ overall game isn’t exactly fantasy-friendly, but he’s hovering just outside the top-100 in eight-cat formats this season. The move to Phoenix has done wonders for the wing, who’s enjoying a level of offensive freedom that he didn’t have in either Memphis or Houston.

Friday’s performance was rather routine for Booker, who has scored at least 30 points in three of his last six outings. Add in the assists and three-pointers, and category-league managers should be relatively pleased with the output. That said, many hoped that Booker would be able to offer first-round fantasy value this season, and it hasn’t happened. The defensive production is limited, and the emergence of Dillon Brooks (scoring) and Collin Gillespie (assists) has also factored into Booker’s reduced fantasy value. That said, there’s no need to panic unless you reached early to draft him.

Chet Holmgren joining Isaiah Hartenstein and Jaylin Williams on the sidelines did not push “Kenny Hustle” into the starting lineup, but it did guarantee him more playing time. Williams made the most of his opportunity, recording season-highs in points, rebounds and three-pointers. He’s rostered in less than one percent of Yahoo! leagues, so there weren’t many fantasy managers willing to roll the dice. Williams’ night should only influence the thinking of fantasy managers if the Thunder are just as shorthanded for Sunday’s game against the Heat.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was unavailable for Friday’s game, which led to a spot start for Mitchell. Despite coming off the bench on most nights, the second-year guard has been productive enough to merit being rostered in some 12-team formats, so Friday’s output was unsurprising. Over the past two weeks, Mitchell has offered top-75 per-game value in eight- and nine-cat formats. If SGA remains out for Sunday’s game against the Heat, fantasy managers should not hesitate to stream Mitchell if he’s sitting on the waiver wire.

Playing without Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Chet Holmgren, among others, Friday’s game was one in which the Thunder appeared to be at a serious disadvantage. And they would trail by 21 points during the third quarter, seemingly underlining that assumption. However, Williams and the other available Thunder didn’t accept that, going on a 14-0 run to take the lead in the final minute. J-Dub didn’t score any of those 14 points, but his 26 beforehand helped Oklahoma City stay afloat. The Thunder end Week 12 with a home game against the Heat on Sunday.

Williams had a solid outing, functioning as OKC’s main facilitator on Wednesday. He led the Thunder in assists before finishing just shy of the 20-point mark in the overtime victory. Fantasy managers will hope for better shooting going forward, especially from the three-point line, to pair with the current level of playmaking he’s displayed for a second straight season. Holmgren delivered his best performance of the calendar year, putting on a two-way clinic to help end the Thunder’s two-game skid. In his season-high 40 minutes of game action, Holmgren led his team in blocks, was the only OKC player to collect double-digit rebounds, and finished as one of two to score at least 20 points.
