Westbrook’s seven assists were the most in a game for him since December 27 and equal to his total in Sacramento’s prior two games. While he did shoot the ball well against the Warriors, the veteran point guard has made just 38.9 percent of his attempts over the past two weeks. That, combined with the decline in assists, has negatively affected Westbrook’s fantasy value. He’ll look to end Week 12 on a high note when the Kings host the Rockets on Sunday.

LaVine’s 6-of-8 night from inside the arc was countered by a 1-of-7 outside of it. Friday’s game was his second in the starting lineup since returning from a sprained ankle. With the Kings not showing signs of being able to climb out of the hole that they’ve dug themselves, this is a team to watch in the lead-up to the February trade deadline. LaVine’s name has been mentioned in rumors, and fantasy managers should hope for a change of scenery to ensure that he’s relevant during the playoff weeks.

For the first time since December 21 and 23, DeRozan has scored 20 points or more in back-to-back games. The decreased scoring output and percentages have the veteran wing outside the top-100 in nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. DeRozan’s season-long value remains high, but he’s one of the players on the Kings’ roster worth watching as the trade deadline approaches. The Kings end Week 12 at home against the Rockets on Sunday.

One reason to consider streaming O’Neale while the Suns are without Jalen Green is the three-point production, and he came through on Friday. The veteran forward hit four of his six attempts against the Knicks while also offering solid value in the rebound category. The lingering questions are: how much longer will Green, who began his ramp-up process, be sidelined by his hamstring injury? And, will the Suns continue to bring Grayson Allen (10/3/1/1 in 26 minutes) off the bench? The answers will have a direct impact on O’Neale’s fantasy value.

Brooks didn’t record any defensive statistics on Friday, but he had another good night on the offensive end of the floor. He’s scored at least 20 points in 18 games this season, six more than his tally with the Rockets in 2024-25. Brooks’ overall game isn’t exactly fantasy-friendly, but he’s hovering just outside the top-100 in eight-cat formats this season. The move to Phoenix has done wonders for the wing, who’s enjoying a level of offensive freedom that he didn’t have in either Memphis or Houston.

Friday’s performance was rather routine for Booker, who has scored at least 30 points in three of his last six outings. Add in the assists and three-pointers, and category-league managers should be relatively pleased with the output. That said, many hoped that Booker would be able to offer first-round fantasy value this season, and it hasn’t happened. The defensive production is limited, and the emergence of Dillon Brooks (scoring) and Collin Gillespie (assists) has also factored into Booker’s reduced fantasy value. That said, there’s no need to panic unless you reached early to draft him.

Allen came off the bench for the second straight game. Prior to that, he had been starting up until a nine-game absence with a knee injury. He was held scoreless against Houston on Monday but was able to get his shot going in this one. Playing against his former team, Brooks was able to be the leading scorer in this game despite only playing 25 minutes due to the lopsided score. Brooks has taken a major leap as a scorer, which has led to him holding more value in category leagues this season. After scoring six points in back-to-back games, Raynaud reached double figures on Tuesday. The rookie center finished one rebound shy of a double-double, but he’s now played 35 minutes or more in four of his last six appearances. Raynaud’s offensive ceiling may be capped since he’s in a lineup with three ball-dominant players (Russell Westbrook, Zach LaVine and DeMar DeRozan). But, over the past two weeks, he has been an 11th-round player in nine-cat formats. Despite the limited ceiling, Raynaud is worth rostering as long as the Kings are without Domantas Sabonis.

DeRozan shot 3-of-6 from beyond the arc on Tuesday, the first time since December 18 (ten games) in which he’s made multiple triples in the same game. Fantasy managers don’t look to him for value in that category, but nights like Tuesday are helpful, considering the decreased scoring output. Compared to last season, DeRozan’s average (18.4) has declined by nearly four points. Because of the overall production and efficiency, he’s still offering top-50 value in nine-cat formats, but things could be better for the veteran guard/forward.

After playing 36 minutes off the bench in his first game back from a sprained ankle that sidelined him for nine games, LaVine was back in the starting lineup on Tuesday. The Kings did not have Keegan Murray, who will miss three to four weeks with a sprained ankle, so LaVine’s promotion did not come at the expense of Precious Achiuwa (nine points, nine rebounds, one steal, one block and one three-pointer in 22 minutes). LaVine recorded a complete stat line against Dallas, and he has the tools needed to threaten top-50 per-game value. Of course, that depends on how the Kings handle the trade deadline, as they should probably be “sellers.”

One game removed from becoming the highest-scoring point guard in league history, Westbrook recorded a robust stat line on Sunday. The field-goal percentage was poor, but the veteran point guard did a little bit of everything and kept the turnovers in check.
