Injured during Friday’s win over the Grizzlies, Sharpe will miss a third consecutive game with a strained calf. With Deni Avdija recently returning to the lineup, Jerami Grant has effectively served as the fifth starter. He’ll remain in that role on Wednesday and is worth slotting into fantasy lineups.

Between the amount of time that he missed with a strained calf and the return of Scoot Henderson, Holiday still isn’t playing full starters’ minutes. However, his 28 minutes against the 76ers could have been higher, but Portland was in firm command early in the fourth quarter. And, as mentioned, with Henderson now in the fold, Holiday’s playing time may be capped the rest of the way. Scoot played 20 minutes on Monday, finishing with 12 points, two rebounds, six assists and one steal.

Facing off against another UConn alum in Philadelphia’s Andre Drummond, Clingan had another solid performance to help push Portland to its third straight win. Over the past two weeks, the Trail Blazers’ center has been a third-round player in eight- and nine-cat formats according to Basketball Monster. As well as Clingan has performed in his second NBA season, his future is incredibly bright, which is great for those who have him rostered in dynasty leagues.

After a two-game absence, Avdija was back in the Trail Blazers’ lineup without any restrictions. He played 27 minutes, which aligned with the other starters in a game Portland won by 17, finishing two assists shy of a triple-double. Avdija’s lower back didn’t give him any trouble, but that may not prevent the Blazers from keeping him out of one of their final two games before the All-Star break. Camara put on a show Monday night, shooting a scalding hot 8-of-10 from beyond the arc. The Trail Blazers’ forward recorded career-highs in points and three-pointers while also producing three steals. Nights like Monday may not become the norm for Camara, but consistent three-point production would raise his fantasy ceiling. The good news for fantasy managers is that Portland plays two more games before the All-Star break, starting with the Timberwolves on Wednesday.

With Portland getting healthier in the backcourt, Love’s opportunities aren’t going to be as plentiful as they were earlier this season. The rookie deserves credit for staying ready, as he chipped in with 17 points and eight assists in 27 minutes. Portland’s three-game start to Week 17 includes a back-to-back, so Love should be active for at least one game. However, due to the 50-game limit and Scoot Henderson’s return, Love won’t be much help to those competing in redraft leagues.

Holiday certainly enjoyed seeing Memphis the last two days. In two Trail Blazers victories, he totaled 41 points on 14-of-25 shooting. While Holiday didn’t record any defensive stats on Saturday, the offensive output helps to compensate for that. He has been a top-50 player over the past week, but the playing time continues to hover in that 25-29 minute range. Clingan injured his left thumb early in Saturday’s victory and had to get it taped up. That injury didn’t keep the second-year center from recording one of the best all-around lines of his career. He finished one board shy of his third 20-rebound game of the season, and Clingan’s fingerprints were also on this game as a scorer and defender. Clingan’s ability to play 36 minutes may be a sign that the thumb isn’t an issue, but more should be learned on Sunday. The Trail Blazers play five games in Week 17, with three scheduled for before the All-Star break.

Grant put on a show on Saturday, shooting 6-of-10 from beyond the arc. He’s scored at least 23 points in three consecutive games, and the 29 recorded against the Grizzlies were the most in a game for the veteran forward since putting up 35 in a December 14 win over the Warriors. Booker hadn’t played since spraining his ankle in a January 23 loss to the Hawks. The 29-year-old managed to scored 21 points, but parts of his game were understandably rusty. Booker was 1-of-7 from behind the three-point line, but was otherwise 4-of-5 from the field. Henderson made his season debut on Friday and came off the bench to log 21 minutes and nearly notch a double-double. The long-awaited return came with plenty of ups and downs.
