Due to a sprained left ankle, Furphy has not appeared in a game since November 3. While Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle said that the second-year wing will be available for Wednesday’s game, fantasy managers should not interpret that as a guarantee that he’ll see the minutes needed to affect fantasy basketball. Leave Furphy on the waiver wire.

Thursday’s game is the first of two in as many nights for the Raptors, who host the Hornets on Friday. Poeltl’s absence opens up a spot in the starting lineup, and this may be a spot where Sandro Mamukelashvili or Collin Murray-Boyles starts. While Jamison Battle was the choice for Sunday’s loss to the Knicks, the Lakers’ Deandre Ayton spends more time around the basket than New York’s Karl-Anthony Towns.

Poeltl was back in the lineup after missing Sunday’s loss to the Knicks, pushing Jamison Battle (DNP-CD) to the bench. His return also impacted Sandro Mamukelashvili (6/7/2/0/1), who was limited to 19 minutes off the bench. Poeltl played 26 minutes, which aligns with his average for the season. While he did surpass 30 minutes in the two games before Sunday’s night off, Poeltl’s playing time will likely hover in the mid-to-high 20s range. While he can still be valuable to fantasy managers, that lowers his ceiling.

Ingram experienced an injury scare during the third quarter when he rolled his right ankle. However, after a quick trip to the locker room, he was back on the bench and ultimately returned to action. It’s worth noting that a left ankle injury ended Ingram’s 2024-25 season after 18 games. He’s already played 22 this season and has yet to miss a game. While Ingram is ranked outside the top-100 in nine-cat formats, simply being available is a win for those who roster him.

Barnes, who was named Eastern Conference Defensive Player of the Month earlier on Tuesday, blocked two more shots against the Trail Blazers. And his defensive production is one reason why the Raptors forward ranks among the best players in fantasy basketball this season. Averaging 1.4 steals and 1.6 blocks per game, Barnes is providing first-round value in 12-team formats. And he’s shown no signs of slowing down, especially with the improvements he’s made offensively.

Quickley started Tuesday’s game hot, hitting his first five three-point attempts in what would be one of his best outings of the season. The 23 points were two shy of his season-high, and this was his third game with five made three-pointers. Thus far, the addition of Brandon Ingram to the rotation has not negatively affected Quickley’s fantasy value, as he’s providing sixth-round value in nine-cat formats. In 12-team formats, that’s slightly better than his Yahoo! ADP (74).

Huff has reached double figures in five straight, with Monday’s point total being his highest since November 19 (season-high 20 vs. Charlotte). He’s been the starting center the last three games, with Isaiah Jackson (6/3/0/1/2 in 16 minutes) being pushed to the bench. While iJax is the Pacers’ former first-round pick, Huff has been more consistently productive, and he’s received more opportunities as a result.

Nembhard surpassed the 20-point mark for the first time in five games on Monday. In fact, after scoring 32 points in the Pacers’ November 21 loss to Cleveland, he shot 11-of-34 from the field in the following three games. Before the season, Nembhard was a player whom many fantasy managers believed could safely provide top-100 value. Unfortunately, an early-season injury put him on the shelf for a few weeks, stunting his progress.

With the Cavaliers regaining control of Monday’s game early in the fourth quarter, Siakam lost out on a few minutes due to Pacers head coach Rick Carlisle pulling the plug. Given how many games the Pacers have lost, this has to be a frustrating season for Siakam and, by extension, those who have him on their fantasy rosters. Having entered the season with a third-round Yahoo! ADP, he’s ranked outside the top-75 in eight- and nine-cat formats. And with Indiana being 4-17, buying low comes with the risk of “Spicy P” being shut down later in the season, as the Pacers regained control of their 2026 first-round pick via a June trade with the Pelicans.

After playing 20 minutes off the bench in Saturday’s win over the Bulls, Walker is back in the Pacers’ starting lineup. He replaces Ben Sheppard, who will play rotation minutes off the bench. Barnes knocked down six of eight to score a game-high 16 first-half points, but was held to just two points in the second half as some fatigue seemed to set in for the Raptors on the second night of a back-to-back. The Raptors suffered their second straight defeat after their nine-game win streak was snapped earlier this weekend in an overtime loss to the Hornets. They’ve dropped nine straight games against the Knicks dating back to January 22, 2023. The 24-year-old playmaker has put together an outstanding season, delivering first-round value for fantasy purposes, averaging 19.9 points, eight rebounds, five assists, 1.4 steals and 1.6 blocks through 21 games. Jackson was bumped to the bench for Friday’s game, and he wasn’t effective in that role. However, he was able to make a large impact in this one. Both Pacers bigs had success, as Jay Huff, who started at center, contributed 14 points, four blocks and four triples. Chicago allows a lot of paint points, so this was a favorable matchup, but it was still good to see both centers turn in strong stat lines. However, this is likely a one-time thing and not the start of a productive run for both.

Following a one-game absence with a quad injury, Nembhard was back to take on Chicago. He immediately returned to the starting unit, which pushed Jarace Walker to the bench and limited him to 20 minutes. As expected, Nembhard is averaging career highs in points, assists and three-pointers with Tyrese Haliburton (Achilles) out for the season. Friday’s game was a blowout, but this one ended with Siakam hitting a contested mid-range shot with .1 seconds remaining. Not only did Quickley record a season-high assist total, but he notched his second double-double on Saturday. His fantasy value has consistently hovered within the top-75 in eight- and nine-cat formats thus far, with a lower-than-expected free-throw percentage being the issue. A career 85.3 percent shooter from the charity stripe, Quickley is making 74.5 percent of his attempts this season. After scoring a season-low 11 points on Wednesday, Siakam got back on track in this one to help lead Indiana to a lopsided victory. He has scored at least 20 points in six of his last seven games, and he continues to shoot the ball efficiently. Through their first nine games, he shot at least 50 percent from the floor just once; over their last nine games, he has shot below 50 percent just twice.
