Allen was sidelined for the second night of the back-to-back on Friday, but he is expected to be back against Minnesota. Collin Gillespie logged 18 minutes off the bench in that game, but he won’t see as many minutes with Allen likely back.

Neither Beal nor Morris was available for Friday’s win over the Pelicans. Beal has missed the last two games with a calf injury, resulting in Tyus Jones moving back into the starting lineup. Morris’ availability has not impacted fantasy basketball since he isn’t a consistent member of the Suns’ rotation.

Agbaji exited Friday’s game after playing just one minute because of this ankle injury, and it will keep him out once again. Both Ja’Kobe Walter and Jamal Shead played 20+ minutes off the bench with Agbaji sidelined for most of the game, and that should continue on Sunday.

One night removed from scoring 28 points in a loss to the Pelicans, Durant was less productive as a scorer in Friday’s rematch. However, he’s averaged nearly 26 points per game over the past three weeks, providing first-round value in 12-team leagues (eight- and nine-cat formats). Durant will look to get the Suns closer to the play-in places on Sunday when the Timberwolves visit the Valley of the Sun.

Booker’s run of four straight games with 28 points or more ended on Friday, and he may not have been too upset about that. Others, most notably Bol Bol and Nick Richards, stepped up, meaning the Suns needed less scoring from Booker and Kevin Durant. He still dished out nine assists, so all wasn’t lost for fantasy managers. Booker and the Suns end Week 17 with a home game against the Timberwolves on Sunday.

Since his stellar debut in Detroit, Richards’ move to Phoenix hasn’t panned out how he, the Suns or fantasy managers hoped it would. However, he’s scored in double figures in five of his last seven outings, recording four double-doubles. Richards is essentially a player who can provide value in the rebound and field-goal percentage categories, which gives him a limited fantasy ceiling.

The Suns re-inserted Bol into Friday’s game after the outcome was no longer in doubt, seemingly to see if they could get him the two points needed to establish a new career-high. Either the other four players on the court misunderstood the assignment, or they decided Bol had shot enough because he didn’t get another attempt. On a serious note, Bol was outstanding offensively on a night when the Suns were without Bradley Beal and Grayson Allen. Rostered on 30 percent of Yahoo! leagues, the 7-foot-2 forward has been a fourth-round player over the past three weeks.

Quickley has had at least 20 points in five of his last eight games. The 25-year-old point guard has a varied skill set and can put up numbers in all offensive categories. No longer on a minutes restriction, Quickley can be a valuable fantasy asset heading into the fantasy playoffs, though availability has been a concern over the course of his career.

Barnes returned from a one-game absence due to a hip injury and had an excellent game. The 23-year-old small forward filled up the stat sheet, contributing in every category. Barnes was just two rebounds and four assists shy of a triple-double. He’s been a top-40 fantasy player on the season, which is lower than his preseason ADP of 19, but still solid.

Agbaji sprained his left ankle after stepping on teammate Orlando Robinson’s foot during the first quarter of Friday’s game. His absence for the rest of the night will likely mean more playing time for Ja’Kobe Walter, whose opportunities have been limited recently.

Due to a sore left foot, Allen played only 16 minutes in Thursday’s loss to the Pelicans. He won’t play in the rematch, and Bradley Beal will also be out, meaning more minutes will be available for Royce O’Neale and Ryan Dunn. Collin Gillespie and TyTy Washington entered the rotation on Thursday but combined to play seven minutes.

Friday’s game will be the fourth straight Morris has missed with lower back spasms. With Bradley Beal also out, Tyus Jones has returned to the starting lineup and played 39 minutes in Thursday’s loss to the Pelicans. Look for him to take on a similar workload in Friday’s rematch.

Jones reclaimed his starting gig with Bradley Beal on the sidelines, and he certainly made the most of his opportunity. The assists were a game high, and the three-pointers were his most since he knocked down five against the Clippers on January 27. The Suns have a quick turnaround with a rematch set for Friday night against New Orleans. If he’s back with the first unit, Jones will look to build on Thursday’s big performance.

Naughty Nicky pulled down a game-high rebound total and finished with his sixth double-double in 19 appearances with Phoenix. Fortunately for fantasy managers, Richards’ final stat line in the box score is all that counts. His on-court play was a bit less encouraging, as the Pels grabbed 50 boards and scored 58 points in the paint. Richards and the Suns are five games below .500, and they’ll need to find an answer for Zion Williamson in Friday’s rematch if they want to get back in the win column.

Beal has averaged 24.5 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 5.5 assists per game since returning from the All-Star break, but the Suns aren’t winning. Grayson Allen could get a bump in exposure if Beal sits on Thursday.

Poeltl returned to the Raptors lineup after missing seven games with a hip pointer, and his minutes were restricted. The injury may have factored in Myles Turner punishing the Raptors from beyond the arc, as he made all five attempts on the night. The Raptors play twice more during Week 17 without a back-to-back, so availability may not be an issue for Poeltl. However, with the team six games out of the last play-in spot, there may be little motivation to increase the seven-footer’s minutes.

With Scottie Barnes ruled out, Agbaji made his first start since February 11 on Wednesday. While the final stat line wasn’t all that impressive, this was his first double-digit scoring effort since the Raptors’ final game before the All-Star break. Agbaji is among the players to watch in Toronto as the season winds down, as his playing time will likely increase if the front office decides to pull the plug. There’s no need to roster Agbaji, but adding him to deep-league watchlists is fine.

Morris will miss a third straight game with lower back spasms. With the recent change to the Suns’ starting lineup, as Tyus Jones has moved to the bench in favor of Bradley Beal, Morris will be a spot lower in the pecking order when healthy. He’s unlikely to impact fantasy basketball.

Poeltl makes his return after a seven-game absence with a hip pointer. He’ll start despite being on a minutes restriction, pushing Jonathan Mogbo to the bench. Poeltl is available after missing seven games with a right hip pointer. However, his minutes will be restricted in his first game back. A late addition to the injury report, Barnes will not play in the second game of Toronto’s back-to-back. Gradey Dick, who is already a starter, may see his usage increase, while Ochai Agbaji and Ja’Kobe Walter should play more minutes. One of those two is likely to move into the starting lineup.

Poeltl has missed eight straight, but this is a new update for Barnes, who is a late addition to the injury report. Jonathan Mogbo and Chris Boucher should continue to see increased run for as long as Poeltl is out, while Barnes’ absence could free up some more minutes for the likes of Gradey Dick, Ochai Agbaji and Ja’Kobe Walter.

Booker has now scored at least 28 points in three straight games. The 28-year-old point guard also dished out 10 assists on his way to a double-double. It’s just his second game with at least 10 assists in February and the other was also an overtime game. He’s had at least eight assists in five straight games and six of his last seven games as he’s taken on a bigger playmaking role with Bradley Beal replacing Tyus Jones in the starting lineup.

Durant was excellent in a game the Suns probably should’ve won if not for a Ja Morant bucket at the end of regulation that sent the game into overtime. The 36-year-old small forward was just two rebounds and three assists shy of a triple-double. Durant has provided top-10 fantasy value over the past month.
