Sunday’s game against the Timberwolves will be the fifth that George has missed since suffering a strained left hip flexor. However, while the second-year wing is doing some on-court work, Wizards head coach Brian Keefe declined to provide a return timeline. Fantasy managers should consider George to be week-to-week, and Tre Johnson should remain in the starting lineup as long as Kyshawn is out.

Back in the rotation after sitting out Tuesday’s overtime loss to the 76ers, Caldwell-Pope enjoyed one of his best games of the season. A double-digit scorer in six of his last seven appearances, the veteran guard recorded his first 20-point game of the season on Friday. All that Caldwell-Pope’s stat line lacked was a blocked shot. However, despite how well he played against one of his former teams, KCP is not worth the risk in most leagues. Unless there’s a dire need for a “Hail Mary” on Sunday, there’s no need to pick him up ahead of the rematch with the Lakers to end Week 11.

While he didn’t offer great value as a scorer, Morant’s 11 assists were the most he’s had in a game since November 7 (13 vs. Dallas). Since returning from injury on December 26, the Grizzlies’ point guard has offered fifth-round per-game value in eight-cat formats. Morant certainly has the potential to be more productive, but many fantasy managers likely remain concerned due to the injury risk. The Grizzlies face the Lakers again on Sunday to end Week 11.

The good news for fantasy managers is that Jackson scored 25 points, making it four of the last five games that he’s scored at least 21 points. The bad news is that he didn’t do much else. Jackson landed in early foul trouble, picking up four before halftime. That affected how he went about his business, as evidenced by the lack of blocked shots. While Jackson has never been an excellent rebounder, grabbing just one is poor. Hopefully, he can bring more to the table in Sunday’s rematch to end Week 11.

Champagnie came off the bench and had a team-high 20 points in the win over the Nets on Friday. The 24-year-old shooting guard hit a three-pointer in the third quarter and received a technical foul for his celebration, which drew the ire of the entire Nets bench. Otherwise, it was an uneventful 20-point blowout win. Champagnie has provided 10th-round per game value over the last two weeks.

Sarr came up big down the stretch for Washington, recording a massive block at the rim on Giannis Antetokounmpo in the closing moments of the game to jumpstart CJ McCollum’s transition attack and eventual game-winning shot. The former No.2 pick of the 2024 draft finished with at least four blocked shots for the third time over the past five games, and has scored 20 or more points in two of the last three. Carrington had a great impact on Wednesday, coming off the bench to torch the Bucks from behind the three-point line and finish as one of Washington’s top scorers. Along with the scoring and season-high in made three-pointers, the second-year guard also finished as one of Washington’s best facilitators on the night. Yet, with the dagger, he finished as the team’s third-leading scorer on the night and tallied his seventh straight game with at least 14 points and five assists.
