While Barnes continues to hit double figures in the points category, his production in some other categories has slipped since the All-Star break. In six games, the All-Star forward has averaged 15.3 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 2.0 steals and 1.5 blocks while shooting 48.7 percent from the field. Barnes has been close to a top-25 player in eight-cat formats during this stretch, according to Basketball Monster, so the fall has not been a steep one. But he’s capable of doing more than he has in recent games.

After shooting 4-of-14 from the field in Tuesday’s loss to the Knicks, Quickley cleaned up his shooting on Tuesday. Make it four games of 20 points or more in the last for Barrett, whose fantasy value slipped noticeably heading into the All-Star break. The rookie has started all three games of his NBA career after signing a two-way contract less than a week ago, but this way by far his best performance. This was his highest-scoring and highest-rebounding game so far, and he completely dominated down low, which included 10 offensive rebounds. Reese should certainly be considered for teams in need of boards down the stretch of this season, though it is unlikely this carries over into next year.

Young finally made his debut for Washington after Atlanta traded him nearly two months prior. He was expected to be limited to 17-20 minutes, and he ended up falling inside that range at 19 minutes. While there were some fun moments with him on the floor, and there is a clear vision for this team next season, Young will need to see his minutes increase for him to truly make a fantasy impact. Otherwise, he ends up being a big name that’s too good to drop but not productive enough to help in the fantasy playoffs. Unfortunately, Washington likely won’t have much interest in playing him much more than he did in this game.
