Booker’s participation in practice means he’s got a chance to take the court Sunday against the Lakers after four straight absences. Booker’s return should mean less opportunities for Collin Gillespie, but Gillespie still has standalone value. Fantasy managers should hang onto Gillespie until further notice.

It wasn’t the Suns’ night against the Thunder on Wednesday and no one incapsulated that better than Brooks. The 29-year-old shooting guard had 16 points on 16 shots and was a -47 in 26 minutes in the 49-point loss. It was a bad night against the defending champions and Brooks is in a bit of a slump going 11-of-36 over the last two games. He’s still had a productive season and should be rostered in most fantasy leagues.

Allen had 10 points in 22 minutes before he was assessed a flagrant foul and ejected against the Thunder on Wednesday. The foul came when Allen shoved Chet Holmgren to the ground mid-play with the Suns trailing by 36 points midway through the third quarter. It’s unclear if the league will further punish Allen.

Booker is set to miss his fourth game in a row with a groin injury. The 29-year-old shooting guard was originally listed as questionable Wednesday against the Thunder. With Booker out, expect Collin Gillespie to continue starting for the Suns.

Livers will remain out for another game, and it has been about two weeks since he last appeared. However, he isn’t a large part of the Suns’ rotation when he is healthy.

Booker has missed Phoenix’s last three games, but there is a chance he returns to the lineup for an NBA Cup showdown with Oklahoma City. Collin Gillespie has been starting in place of Booker, but he will return to playing a large reserve role if Booker is able to return.

Brooks, who was a game-time decision with a sore Achilles tendon, did not have his best night shooting the basketball. However, that should not put a damper on what has been a surprisingly productive season for the Suns’ wing. Brooks is providing top-100 value in eight-cat formats, which exceeds his Yahoo! ADP (140) by a solid margin. Whether he can keep this up for the entire season remains to be seen, but Brooks deserves consideration in more 12-team formats. He’s currently rostered in 43 percent of Yahoo! leagues.

Gillespie has emerged as a player worth considering in 12-team formats, especially with Devin Booker and Jalen Green sidelined by injuries. He’s been given a green light on offense, and the former two-way contract player has taken advantage. Gillespie scored 11 points in the fourth quarter on Monday, the second time this season that he’s proven to be the difference in a win over the Timberwolves. If Booker can’t play in Wednesday’s NBA Cup quarterfinal against the Thunder, Gillespie will be worth picking up in standard leagues.

The move to Phoenix has given Williams a new lease on life basketball-wise. Health has not been an issue thus far, which is far more important than his scoring and rebounding averages decreasing compared to his 2024-25 numbers. Williams’ 22 points on Monday were the most in a game for him since October 27, when he recorded a season-high 25 in a loss to the Jazz. Over the past two weeks, the 7-footer has provided fourth-round value in eight-cat formats.

A game-time decision for Monday’s game, Brooks has been cleared after going through his individual workout without incident. He’ll take on his usual role within the starting lineup, while Ryan Dunn remains with the reserves.

Brooks, who has not missed a game since November 6, is dealing with a sore left Achilles tendon. If he’s unable to play on Monday, the Suns will likely turn to Ryan Dunn to fill the void in the starting lineup. Dunn would be worth a look in deep leagues, as the Suns won’t have Devin Booker available, either.

Monday’s game will be the third that Booker has missed since suffering a strained right groin during the Suns’ December 1 win over the Lakers. There is hope that he will be able to play in Wednesday’s NBA Cup quarterfinal against the Thunder, but that isn’t guaranteed. Collin Gillespie should remain in the starting lineup, which has raised his fantasy ceiling.

Boyea produced a season-high in points and finished as the Suns’ second leading scorer on Friday. More than half of his scoring production came in the fourth quarter when the game was mostly out of reach and in the Rockets’ favor. Still, he shot efficiently and made the most of his 18 minutes of game action. While Friday’s outing was a strong one, Bouyea is not someone to consider rostering in fantasy leagues.

The momentum from Monday’s 28-point outing against the Lakers did not carry over into Friday’s contest for Gillespie. He went 1-of-7 from deep and scored fewer than half the points he produced in Monday’s season-high performance. Still, Gillespie was the Suns’ third-leading scorer on the night and threw in a few assists along the way. He’ll need to have more productive games to be considered anything more than a fringe roster player in fantasy leagues. However, he’s proven recently capable of turning out some strong performances.

Brooks was Phoenix’s go-to scorer on Friday with Devin Booker (groin) sidelined, and he finished as the team’s only player to tally at least 20 points. He didn’t get there in the most efficient way, but Brook’s high volume allowed him to go beyond his season’s scoring average, even without making a three-pointer for the first time as a Phoenix Suns player. He tied a season-high in assists and was mediocre on the glass without collecting any stocks. Brooks has certainly turned out better fantasy performances, but Friday wasn’t a dud by any means. Still, he’ll look to be more productive on Monday against the Timberwolves.

In their first game without Devin Booker (groin), the Suns’ Grayson Allen will return to the starting lineup after he missed the previous game with an illness. Phoenix has dealt with injuries throughout the season but has still managed to produce a 13-9 record. The Suns will look to avenge their recent loss to the Rockets on Friday in Dillon Brooks’ first game in Houston after being traded.

This isn’t a guarantee, and it lines up directly with Booker being re-evaluated one week from this past Wednesday. Basically, this would be the best case scenario. It is far more likely that Booker takes the extra rest instead of coming back early and risking further injury.

Livers has missed Phoenix’s last three games, but his absence does not affect fantasy basketball. His return would give the Suns another option on the wing, but there’s no guarantee that Livers gets the run needed to provide reliable value off the bench.

Booker injured his right groin during the first quarter of Monday’s win over the Lakers and did not return. He has since been diagnosed with a strain. He will be re-evaluated in one week, taking at least three games off the table, including the NBA Cup quarterfinal matchup with Oklahoma City on December 10. Jordan Goodwin is a potential replacement in the starting lineup, but only if Grayson Allen is unavailable. Having recently missed time with a quad contusion, Allen did not play on Monday due to illness.

Booker was enjoying a nice opening quarter against the Lakers before a groin injury forced him to exit before the period’s end, and ultimately kept him out the remainder of the game. The severity of his injury is unknown to this point, but should the superstar guard be sidelined for any amount of time, Jordan Goodwin would likely fill in as the fifth starter. Phoenix has just one more game this week, which isn’t until Friday, leaving Booker time to recover and miss little, if any, action.

With Devin Booker exiting after just 10 minutes due to a groin injury, Gillespie joined Dillon Brooks in carrying the Suns to another impressive victory. The former Villanova Wildcat served the Lakers a season high in points and three-pointers, while matching his season average in assists along the way. Gillespie has been one of several Suns players to outperform expectations thus far, and should remain productive as Phoenix’s current starting point guard. He’s worthy of a roster spot in fantasy leagues.

Brooks carried the scoring load for the Suns on Monday, with Devin Booker (groin) being limited to 10 minutes of game action. He was aggressive in his approach, generating a season-high in field goal attempts along the way, but shot efficiently enough to log his third 30-point game as a member of the Suns. Brooks has brought both production and intangibles to Phoenix on both ends of the floor, which has the team playing far better than most predicted. He could be even more productive going forward, depending on the significance of Booker’s injury.

The injury seemed to occur late in the first quarter of Monday’s game. Booker was charged with an offensive foul and then subbed out immediately and replaced by Collin Gillespie before heading to the locker room. He was eventually ruled out before the start of the second half. Without Booker, the team’s most accomplished player, Jordan Goodwin, could see more action. The significance of Booker’s injury is unknown for now.

Grayson Allen is out due to an illness, opening up a spot in the Suns’ starting lineup. Gillespie, who has played very well over the last few weeks, will fill the void, with Ryan Dunn coming off the bench in his first game back from a sprained wrist that cost him five games. Gillespie should already be rostered in deep leagues; add him if he’s sitting on your league’s waiver wire.

Allen wasn’t on the injury report previously, but he won’t be available to suit up against the Lakers. Ryan Dunn (wrist) is back, so either he or Collin Gillespie will fill the open starting spot, though both will see a boost in minutes.

Dunn is available after missing Phoenix’s last five games with a sprained right wrist. With Grayson Allen out due to an illness, Dunn may be part of the starting lineup. If so, he can provide some value as a deep-league streamer, especially for managers seeking defensive production.

Livers will miss a third straight game, but with Ryan Dunn back, he’ll fill most of the reserve forward minutes. Livers has played a minimal role this year, which will continue even when he returns.

Dunn has missed the Suns’ last five games, but he is expected to be back to take on Los Angeles. When Dunn last played, he had been filling in as a starter for Grayson Allen, but Allen has since returned. Dunn will likely play a large reserve role. Nigel Hayes-Davis will likely lose minutes with Dunn back.
