Raley has been out since the end of April with his oblique strain. The 30-year-old will likely need a handful of games in Triple-A, and then he should return to a regular role against right-handed pitching with the Mariners in the middle of June.

Taveras went unclaimed after hitting the waiver wire, which isn’t a huge surprise considering how badly he’s struggled with both Texas and Seattle along with a (relatively) high salary. Taveras will need to be added back to the 40-man roster to rejoin the Mariners.

When he was injured, the M’s were hopeful that Robles could be ready to return at some point in mid-July, but that appears to have been optimistic. The 28-year-old outfielder has been rehabbing at the team’s spring training complex in Peoria. He just got his arm out of a sling two weeks ago and is still working on his range of motion and strengthening exercises. Fantasy managers in season-long leagues that are holding out hope for a return may want to cut bait and better utilize that roster spot.

Woo lacked his usual swing-and-miss ability today and wound up with just three strikeouts. He’s surrendered 12 runs over 18 2/3 innings and posted a 17% strikeout rate in his last three starts. In his first 10 outings this year, he had a 2.69 ERA and a 24% strikeout rate. His velocity is fine, but it seems like something might be off with his slider. His next start is due to come at home against the Red Sox.

Bauers victimized Braves’ starter Grant Holmes for a 434-foot (107.8 mph EV) solo shot in the sixth inning that extended the Brewers’ lead to 3-1. That would be his only hit in four at-bats on the evening which included a pair of strikeouts. The 29-year-old slugger is now slashing .239/.336/.457 with five homers and 18 RBI on the season.

Dalbec now has six home runs with a .287 average and .862 OPS at Triple-A. At this point, we’ve seen Dalbec consistently produce at Triple-A only to strike out far too much at the big league level, but perhaps he gets another shot in Milwaukee.
