49ers restructured LB Fred Warner’s contract.

We don’t know the details of the restructure, but according to The Athletic’s Matt Barrows, the team converted “a sizable portion” of Warner’s base salary into roster bonuses, which will create some additional cap space. Warner and the Niners restructured his deal last year as well.
