Baker Mayfield completed 25-of-33 passes for 163 yards, one touchdown and an interception in the Bucs’ 26-7, Week 3 loss to the Broncos.

Mayfield also got obliterated for seven sacks one week after taking five against the Lions. His touchdown was a tightly-covered end zone strike to Chris Godwin, though his pick was a wobbling sideline throw into coverage. As you would expect with the seven sacks, Mayfield took some monster hits. After looking world-beating in Week 1 against the Commanders’ barely-there defense, Mayfield has crash landed back to earth. He’ll be trying to get back on track in Week 4 against an Eagles defense that got back on track itself Sunday in the Superdome.
