Evan Engram caught 1-of-4 targets for five yards in the Jaguars’ Week 1 loss against the Dolphins.

Engram tied for the team lead in targets on a low-volume day for the struggling Jacksonville offense. Engram ran a route on almost every Jaguars drop back and should be a reliable check down option as the season wears on. Engram said this offseason he wants to be used more downfield. That didn’t materialize against Miami.
