Nembhard missed Friday’s game against the Wizards with a quad contusion. Ben Sheppard moved into the starting lineup in his absence, but T.J. McConnell out-produced him with 14 points and eight assists in 19 minutes. Expect a similar setup for the Pacers if Nembhard is ruled out again.

Garland was back in the lineup after sitting out the second leg of Cleveland’s back-to-back on Monday. He set a new season high for minutes (33) and assists, which led to his first double-double of the season. Garland has only played six games this year, which isn’t a lot of time to get on track. As he logs more minutes, he’ll continue to see his production improve.

Mitchell bounced back after being held to just 17 points against Toronto on Monday. The extra rest may have helped him surpass 40 points for the second time this year, but it wasn’t enough for Cleveland to get the win. He did his best by scoring 16 points in the final frame, but they still lost a second straight game. Next up is a matchup with the Celtics on Sunday to wrap up this week. That will be a lone home game for Cleveland after two straight on the road, which may be needed after consecutive losses.

It wasn’t enough to get the win, but Mobley was able to turn in one of his best statistical performances of the season, which included new season highs for both rebounds and assists. The return of Jarrett Allen (finger) after three straight absences didn’t prevent Mobley from having a big night. A drop in shooting percentages has been the main culprit behind Mobley’s drop in nine-cat value, but performances like this one will make up for inefficient shooting.

Mathurin started the season by scoring at least 20 points in five straight games. He followed that up with 14 and 15 points on sub-40 percent shooting over Indiana’s previous two games before getting back on track in this one. Mathurin had high expectations entering this season with Tyrese Haliburton (Achilles) sidelined, and he should be able to supply plenty of buckets for the remainder of the year.

After scoring a season-low 11 points on Wednesday, Siakam got back on track in this one to help lead Indiana to a lopsided victory. He has scored at least 20 points in six of his last seven games, and he continues to shoot the ball efficiently. Through their first nine games, he shot at least 50 percent from the floor just once; over their last nine games, he has shot below 50 percent just twice. This was also his first double-double since October, which was enough to help the Pacers get their third win of the year.

McConnell didn’t get the starting nod with Andrew Nembhard (quad) sidelined, but he was still able to make a strong contribution off the bench. He led the team in assists and scored in double figures for a fifth straight game. He is rostered in just 19 percent of Yahoo! leagues but has provided fifth-round value during this stretch. If Nembhard remains out against the Bulls on Saturday, McConnell should see a nice boost in value once again, especially if the game is closer.

After scoring 21 points in Monday’s loss to the Pistons, Walker had another solid performance on Wednesday. He recorded a complete stat line and reached double figures in points for the second consecutive game for the third time this season. After scoring at least 21 points in his first three games back from injury, Mathurin’s production has slowed down over the last two. Against the Pistons and Raptors, he totaled 29 points on 8-of-28 shooting from the field. While most players would be able to point to three-point shooting as the reason for their woes, that has not been the case for Mathurin, who has gone 3-of-15 (20 percent) from two over this two-game stretch. However, Friday’s game against the Wizards could be the slump-buster for Mathurin, given Washington’s poor defense.

Despite coming off the bench, McConnell can still be of value to fantasy managers, especially those competing in deeper leagues. The points, rebounds and assists were solid on Wednesday, and he’s ranked just outside the top-150 in nine-cat formats over the past two weeks. Nembhard struggled with his shot on Monday, but volumed his way into double figures as a scorer. He also was the Pacers’ best facilitator on the night and was very disruptive on the defensive end, tallying as many assists against the Pistons as he had combined up until Monday’s game. He’ll likely be better as a scorer moving forward and should remain solid as a passer. Any consistent production on the defensive end would give Nembhard a boost as far as fantasy production is concerned.

Less than a week after being removed from the starting lineup, Walker came off the bench and finished as the Pacers’ second-leading scorer on the evening. He was one of two Indiana players to reach the 20-point mark and led the team in three-pointers in the process. If he can sustain this type of production moving forward, it won’t matter if he comes off the bench or starts.

The Pacers fell to 2-15 on the season, but Siakam delivered another strong performance. He went over 20 points for the fifth straight game and logged his first multiple-blocks, multiple-steals game of the season, while leading all Pacers in rebounds along the way. Siakam continues to be one of the lone bright spots for Indiana amidst a rough start to their season. He also remains one of the more productive forwards across fantasy leagues. Even with the Pacers’ poor record, there’s no reason for fantasy managers to believe a dropoff in production for Siakam is near.

Tyson logged his eighth double-digit scoring performance of the season on Monday against the Raptors. Mitchell failed to sustain the hot hand from his 37-point outing against the Clippers on Sunday. On the second night of a back-to-back, the superstar scoring struggled for much of Monday’s contest — he only tallied seven points through three quarters before chipping in 10 more in the fourth quarter. Inefficiency both inside and outside the arc hurt his production, and low free-throw output didn’t do much to make up for the off-shooting night. However, Mitchell did produce a game-high in assists and nearly notched the double-double. He’ll have a few days off before taking the court on Friday against the Hawks.

Shooting just 31.3 percent from three on the season, Hunter has picked up the production recently. Over the last three games, he’s shot 12-of-24 from deep, which will definitely help that percentage for the season. However, the issue for Hunter isn’t percentages; it’s the limited production outside of points, rebounds and three-pointers. His four assists on Sunday were the most in a game for Hunter since November 13, when he dished out a season-high six against the Raptors. Huff’s play and minutes aren’t consistent enough, but the 28-year-old center certainly could be an interesting fantasy asset if anything changes. He has the ability to fill up the stat sheet as he did Wednesday with 20 points, five rebounds, four assists, three blocks and four three-pointers.
