Tyson has been productive for most of the season, but the last few games prior to this one had been rough. However, he was able to get back on track in this one by scoring at least 20 points for the fifth straight game. He had scored a total of 21 points across his four previous games, but he has largely been a consistent producer this season. This could kickstart a strong stretch for him, but he remains a risky option since the Cavs are healthier than they’ve been for much of the season.

Hyland had a solid stretch in mid-December, but his role has been limited recently. However, he went over 20 minutes in this game, which allowed him to set a new season high for assists. He has redeemed his value this season, but that hasn’t led to him being a consistent contributor in redraft leagues. Still, at only 25 years old, he has value in dynasty formats.

Though he didn’t contribute as much on the glass as he typically does, Mobley was able to pour in the points. This was his highest scoring performance since November. Still, his fantasy impact has been limited recently by a lack of rebounds. He has a total of 18 rebounds over his last four games, which is well below his season average of 8.6 boards per game. He had at least 10 rebounds in the two games prior to this stretch, and he’ll look to get back on track against the Jazz on Monday.

Merrill slid back into the starting lineup for this game, replacing Craig Porter Jr. with the opening group. He took advantage of the opportunity, with this being his fourth straight game with at least five three-pointers. He has been on fire lately, having shot at least 50 percent from the floor in each of those. Managers should ride the hot hand with Merrill and stream him in as long as he’s hitting shots.

It has been a rough season overall for Garland, but he has had some incredibly efficient performances lately. This was the second time in his last three games that he scored at least 20 points and six assists while shooting better than 60 percent from the floor and not turning the ball over. Garland hasn’t played to his sixth round ADP, but he is more than capable of producing to that level for the rest of the season.

It hasn’t come consistently, but when Reid is hot, he’s been able to pour in the points for Minnesota off the bench. Over his last seven games, he has scored at least 20 points three times, including a 29-point game and a 33-point game. He’s also scored less than 10 points three times during that stretch. The production has been hit-or-miss, so we’ll see which side the coin lands on against the Spurs on Sunday.

Though the Wolves’ four-game win streak came to a close, Edwards was able to score at least 25 points for a sixth consecutive game. He wasn’t quite as efficient as he has been recently, but he was still able to pour in the points. Anthony Edwards had a balanced performance on Thursday. He started the game strong with an 11-point opening quarter, which was later followed by an almost-as-good 10 points in the third quarter. Along the way, the superstar shooting guard shifted into his playmaking role — Edwards finished with a team-high in assists and fell just shy of a triple-double. McDaniels followed a strong 19-point outing against the Heat on Tuesday by breaking the 20-point mark for the 9th time this season. He made the most of his opportunities and shot the three-pointer well, and had his usual impact on the defensive end of the floor. Mobley’s near-20-point effort on efficient shooting was the highlight of the night for the reigning Defensive Player of the Year. After a one-game absence, Mitchell returned to the floor on Thursday and added to his streak of 30-point games, which now sits at four. Efficient shooting helped lead him to a team-high in points, with most of his scoring production coming in a 19-point second half. Mitchell also tied a season-high in assists in his effort to give the Cavs a second straight win. A flurry from the T’Wolves in the third quarter ultimately swung the game in their favor, leaving Mitchell’s production wasted in a loss.
