Lillard’s score of 29 in the final round was enough to beat Kon Knueppel, who had 17, and Devin Booker, who had 27. The 35-year-old point guard won the three-point contest for the third time in his career, tying Larry Bird and Craig Hodges for most in NBA history. Lillard is out for the season after rupturing his left Achilles during last year’s playoffs.

Holiday’s 31 points in Thursday’s win over the Jazz were his most in a game since the 2023 season. The 35-year-old point guard was also just a rebounds and three assists away from a triple-double. This was the second time in their last three games that Mashack started for the Grizzlies. The former Tennessee Volunteer was drafted late in the second round this past summer, and after not seeing much time to start his career, he has taken on a larger role over the last five games. The scoring has been inconsistent, but his elite defense in college has transferred over; he has at least two steals in each of his last five games and is averaging 3.2 swipes during this stretch.

Despite the outcome of Wednesday’s game and the five turnovers, this was an encouraging performance for Henderson. The third-year guard shot the ball well from the field and the foul line, including a 3-of-5 night from beyond the arc. Scoot’s minutes are still being limited, as he played 19 on Wednesday, but that will likely change after the All-Star break. The Trail Blazers visit Utah on Thursday, but fantasy managers should assume that Henderson will sit for injury management reasons.

Krejčí is most valuable to category league managers needing points and three-pointers, and he came through on Wednesday. The 17 points and three three-pointers were the most in a game for him since arriving in Portland. However, the limited production in the other fantasy-relevant categories makes Krejčí little more than a specialist in deep leagues. Portland completes its pre-break portion of the schedule on Thursday against the Jazz.

On a night when the Timberwolves were able to frustrate Deni Avdija (11/5/3/1) and limit him to 3-of-14 shooting, Holiday did what he could to pick up the slack. He’s scored at least 20 points in three of his last four appearances, and the 23 in Wednesday’s defeat were the most in a game for the veteran guard since October 27. However, while the 23/5/5 line with five three-pointers was solid, it was accompanied by six turnovers. Holiday did play both legs of Portland’s most recent back-to-back, but he should still be considered questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Jazz.

Between the amount of time that he missed with a strained calf and the return of Scoot Henderson, Holiday still isn’t playing full starters’ minutes. However, his 28 minutes against the 76ers could have been higher, but Portland was in firm command early in the fourth quarter. However, like teammate Ty Jerome, the minutes restriction did not prohibit Pippen from providing solid value in multiple categories, including assists and steals. After totaling 11 points and six rebounds in his first two appearances as a Grizzly, Hendricks had one of his best games of the season on Monday. Recording his first double-double, the 6-foot-9 forward recorded a season-high 10 boards. And the 15 points were the most in a game for Hendricks since December 23, when he dropped 21 on the Grizzlies while still with the Jazz. With Santi Aldama (knee) out, there’s more room for Hendricks within the rotation, even if he isn’t a true center. There may be some deep-league value to be had during the silly season because of Hendricks’ defensive potential.

He’s scored at least 19 points in four of his five appearances this season, shooting 56.7 percent from the field. For those wondering what the Grizzlies would do at the center position without Santi Aldama, the answer for their two games in Portland was to go small. Due to the Grizzlies being light on perimeter bodies, Saturday was a night where Small was able to get an extended runout. Holiday certainly enjoyed seeing Memphis the last two days. In two Trail Blazers victories, he totaled 41 points on 14-of-25 shooting. While Holiday didn’t record any defensive stats on Saturday, the offensive output helps to compensate for that.
