Barnes didn’t join Immanuel Quickley, RJ Barrett and Brandon Ingram in scoring 20 points, but he came close and was still able to turn in a complete stat line. He was also more efficient as a scorer than he was 24 hours prior against the Hawks. The Raptors four-game winning streak came to an end, but Barnes’ excellent season continued. He’s having the best shooting season of his career, which has been huge for their early success.

Though it was Ochai Agbaji that started in place of Jakob Poeltl (back) against the 76ers, it was CMB and Sandro Mamukelashvili that filled the void. Agbaji was held scoreless in 15 minutes, while CMB was able to turn in a complete line in 22 minutes, and Mamu added 10 points, three rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block in 17 minutes. This was the second leg of a back-to-back, which is why Poeltl was unavailable. Toronto’s next back-to-back isn’t until November 29 and 30, so Poeltl should be available for the next few weeks.

Jackson Jr. had an unspectacular night overall, but shot efficiently in the 29 minutes he played. He drained a pair of three-pointers in the process and connected on all three of his free throws. Coward finished Friday’s win as one of two Grizzlies to reach the 20-point mark. His scoring total came by way of efficient shooting and solid production from beyond the arc. And a second consecutive game with at least nine rebounds nearly landed the rookie his second double-double of the season. Coward continues to impress and could eventually make his way to the starting unit if he remains productive.

Despite not shooting well from either inside or beyond the arc, Morant volumed his way to his first 20-point game of November. The more impressive part of his outing, however, was how well he made plays for others — the superstar guard set a season high in assists, although the strong facilitating was met with a season-worst seven turnovers. The double-double marked the second of the season for Morant, as he helped the Grizzlies stop a four-game skid.

Barnes struggled with his shot on Friday, shooting 0-of-6 from outside of the paint. However, he did record his fourth double-double of the season and third in four games. Barnes is shooting a respectable 49 percent from the field thus far, one reason why he’s providing first-round value in nine-cat formats. The occasional bad shooting night isn’t a significant concern, especially given how well he’s shot overall.

Barrett continues his excellent start to the season, having scored at least 19 points in seven of nine games played. He’s shooting over 54 percent from the field thus far and providing fifth-round value in nine-cat formats, exceeding his Yahoo! ADP (96). The lone negative for Barrett so far has been the foul line, where he’s shooting 74.3 percent. Punt that category, and his fantasy value improves by two rounds. Can he sustain this production? Given the career numbers, that may not be easy to do, and some managers may look to sell high as a result.

Ingram led seven Raptors, including all five starters, in double figures on Friday. He’s scored at least 20 points in four of his last five and six of nine appearances this season. Ja Morant wasn’t the only culprit in the Grizzlies’ loss to the Rockets on Wednesday. Jackson had his lowest scoring output of the season with nine points on six attempts from the field. This was just the second time in eight games that the 26-year-old power forward shot worse than 50 percent in a game. Jackson is certainly better than this, but if he was more aggressive in getting shots up he wouldn’t have to be so efficient to get his points. If the Grizzlies are going to stop this three-game losing streak from growing, they’re going to need Jackson, who they signed to a max contract this offseason, to step up.

Morant is averaging 14.3 points per game on 28.6 percent shooting and four turnovers per game during the losing streak. Jackson set his season-high for scoring in a second straight game. After scoring 20 points against Toronto on Sunday, he exceeded that mark against Detroit as the Grizzlies dropped a third straight game. Jackson isn’t the offensive catalyst that Ja Morant is for the Grizzlies, but he’s certainly one of the teams’ best players. The 26-year-old power forward had just two points in the second half as Memphis blew a 14-point halftime lead to the Lakers on Friday. Jackson was also fairly quiet in the other categories as he had four rebounds, one assist and no blocks or steals before he fouled out.
