In his second game back from a toe injury, Tyson played 26 minutes on Sunday. The role he enjoyed against the Wizards is unlikely to match what he’ll be asked to do in Cleveland’s first-round series against Toronto, but the second-year wing has shown that he’s a capable contributor. The future appears to be bright for Tyson in Cleveland.

Following a 10-game absence with a toe injury, Tyson was back in the lineup to take on Atlanta. He was able to have a strong showing across the board in the box score, but with the Cavs shorthanded for this game, it wasn’t enough for them to get a win. Tyson got off to a strong start to this season, which helped keep Cleveland afloat while they were battling so many other injuries. He has cooled off with the team healthier over the past couple months, but he’ll still be an important piece for them during the postseason and is a valuable piece for this team’s future.

Tyson was upgraded to questionable ahead of Friday’s contest, giving him a chance at playing for the first time since March 19 against the Bulls. The second-year guard has had a very strong season as a frequent starter. If available, he’ll provide the Cavs with elite three-point shooting.

There was hope that Tyson would be able to return on Wednesday, but he’ll miss at least one more game due to his toe injury. Dean Wade is available and will start, so the Cavaliers should be fine regarding their depth.

Both Tyson and Wade have missed significant time, but the pair have a chance to return in Wednesday’s tilt with the Hawks. With Thomas Bryant (calf) ruled out, Larry Nance Jr. could enjoy some additional run if Tyson or Wade end up sitting out again.

Friday’s game will be the fourth missed by Tyson and the seventh by Porter due to their respective injuries. The former’s absence is more impactful on fantasy basketball, with Max Strus and Keon Ellis in line to absorb the minutes that would have gone to Tyson.

Tyson will remain sidelined for a third straight game. With Max Strus (foot) also sidelined, Sam Merrill and Dean Wade should see extra minutes as starters, while Keon Ellis should play a significant role off the bench.

Monday’s absence will mark the second straight for the second-year guard out of California. In his sophomore season, Tyson has taken a major leap, becoming one of the NBA’s more consistent three-point shooters. He’s also scoring 13.1 points and pulling down 5.1 rebounds per contest. Sam Merrill, Max Strus, and Keon Ellis should each see plenty of opportunities while Tyson is sidelined.

Tyson sprained his left great toe during Thursday’s win over the Bulls and had to leave the game in the fourth quarter. While the 23-year-old shooting guard was initially listed as questionable for Saturday’s game against the Pelicans, he’s been downgraded to doubtful. Tyson is now considered unlikely to play, though his absence wouldn’t impact fantasy basketball.

Inserted into the Cavaliers’ starting lineup on Thursday due to Donovan Mitchell’s eye contusion, Tyson had an excellent night until late. The second-year wing recorded a double-double but had to leave due to an apparent toe injury. With the Cavaliers being deeper than they were earlier this season, a potential absence for Tyson would not be as impactful in fantasy basketball circles.

Tyson will be back following a one-game absence. His role has dwindled as a reserve recently, which has limited his production. Sam Merrill is also back, so his role off the bench will be too limited for him to be worth streaming.

Tyson is on track to return Tuesday night after sitting out Sunday’s loss to the Mavericks with a sore left ankle. He’ll provide added depth on the wing, but it may not be enough to affect fantasy basketball with Max Strus available and Sam Merrill possibly returning from a hamstring injury.

Tyson will miss Sunday’s game with a sore left ankle, freeing up minutes on the wing among the Cavaliers’ reserves. While Max Strus (foot) is available for the first time this season, his playing time is likely to be limited. Nae’Qwan Tomlin may pick up additional minutes off the bench, but he is not worth the risk in most leagues.

Tyson is dealing with a sore ankle, casting some doubt on his availability for Sunday’s game. While Max Strus (foot) is on track to make his season debut, the Cavaliers won’t have Sam Merrill (hamstring) for Sunday’s game. If Tyson can play, he may pick up a few more minutes off the bench.

Tyson is available despite dealing with a strained neck suffered during Tuesday’s win over the Pistons. With Donovan Mitchell and Dean Wade also available, the second-year wing could be headed to the bench, with Sam Merrill serving as the fifth starter. However, Tyson should play enough to retain value in 14-team leagues.

With the Cavaliers once again without Donovan Mitchell and James Harden shooting 5-of-17 from the field, they needed more from the supporting cast on Tuesday. Tyson stepped up in a big way, leading the team in scoring while shooting 5-of-9 from beyond the arc. Add in the production in the other categories, and the second-year wing had another quality night as far as fantasy basketball is concerned. Tyson’s fantasy ceiling depends somewhat on who isn’t available, but he’s been good enough to merit trust in some 12-team leagues.

Tyson had a solid night in Detroit, but the ending was brutal for the second-year wing. Attempting to give a foul before the Pistons could get up a potential game-tying three, Tyson was ruled to have fouled Detroit’s Daniss Jenkins in the act of shooting with 4.7 seconds remaining in regulation. Jenkins made all three free throws, and the Pistons would go on to win in overtime. Ending aside, Tyson continues to make strides for the Cavaliers. While his short-term fantasy value took a hit after the James Harden trade and Evan Mobley’s return from a calf injury, dynasty league managers should be excited about Tyson’s long-term potential.

The Cavaliers were down three starters for Wednesday’s game, opening up a place in the starting lineup for Tyson. The second-year wing recorded his sixth double-double of the season, with his final stat line only lacking a three-pointer. Cleveland still has games against the Pistons and Nets to end Week 18, and Tyson’s fantasy value will depend on the availability of Donovan Mitchell and James Harden. If both have to miss time, Tyson will likely remain in the starting five.

Tyson has been a revelation for the Cavaliers this season, not only earning rotation minutes but locking down a spot in the starting lineup. The second-year wing had another good night at the office on Wednesday, having now reached double figures in ten consecutive games. Wednesday’s effort was his seventh this season with at least 20 points. Given Tyson’s production, he should be rostered in a much higher percentage of Yahoo! leagues than he currently is (31 percent).

Tyson got the start on Monday and logged another productive line. The sophomore wing’s double-digit scoring performance marked his ninth in a row, as he used a nice combination of three-point shooting, two-point shots, and free throws to extend his streak. Tyson also recorded four assists for the sixth straight game, and came up just one board shy of his second double-double of January. His well-rounded effort on Monday should leave some fantasy managers happy.

Tyson has been hot-and-cold from a scoring standpoint but he’s scored in double figures in eight consecutive games since January 10. It looked like he was on the verge of a monster performance, supplying 15 first-half points on 5-of-6 shooting, including a perfect 3-of-3 from beyond the arc. He cooled off considerably in the final two quarters, notching just two points. The 23-year-old has made a significant leap this season, morphing into a borderline top-100 overall fantasy contributor.

Tyson continues to provide strong value as a starter for Cleveland. Darius Garland (toe) and Sam Merrill (hand) remained out, which allowed Tyson to remain in his role. Over his last four games, Tyson has averaged 21.5 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 3.3 triples while shooting 50.8 percent from the floor. Next up for the Cavs is a trip to Orlando on Saturday, and Tyson will look to remain productive while playing big minutes.

Tyson wasn’t able to stay as hot as he was on Friday, when he scored a career-high 39 points. However, he was able to remain a productive option for fantasy managers. With Darius Garland set to miss at least a few more games with a toe sprain, Tyson’s spot in the starting unit feels safe. He has been a reliable producer for most of the season, and that should continue moving forward, with a trip to Charlotte on Wednesday up next on the schedule.

Cleveland was missing multiple rotation players for this game, and other starters were struggling, which made this outing from Tyson so vital. He set a new career high for scoring and had the game-winning assist to Evan Mobley. Tyson also set a career high for three-pointers. He has had an excellent second season in the NBA and has benefited from a multitude of injuries on the perimeter. The Cavs haven’t had as much success as they did last season, which can mostly be attributed to all the games that rotation players have missed. However, Tyson has blossomed and should be an important piece for them for the rest of the season and beyond.

Tyson will get the start for the Cavaliers as the team looks to get back on track and into the win column. Sam Merrill will return to the bench as a result. Tyson has started 21 of 36 games for the Cavaliers this season and is having a great sophomore season, averaging 12.8 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.9 three-pointers per game.
